Our experience in purchasing 2015 CR-V LX was very pleasant mainly because we worked with one Mr. Ryan Hurewitz. I think we were lucky to run into him at the entrance. It was funny that the email price quote we got from Edmunds was forwarded to him. He is a true gentleman and made us feel very comfortable. He was quite reasonable, open and seemed honest during the whole price negotiation process. We didn't feel cheated or pushed at all. If we buy another Honda we would definitely check out this dealer first. More

Wife had purchased this car new from them and loved their service. We had been discussing when we would buy a new or used Civic and the color she wanted. Gun metal grey. While our old Civic was being looked at, we're looking at the new Civic SI. Very nice! Ryan approached us and inquired if we were wanting to purchase it. We told him of our conversation driving over. He showed us 2 used Civic's. One was red and the other was gun metal grey. Coincidence? We looked the grey Civic over which had very low miles. A few hours later we were leaving the old Civic behind. We got the deal and payments we wanted along with a 100K mile warranty. I've heard lots of good things about this dealership. This was my first visit and I was impressed with their friendly, casual manner. More

I hate when dealers are too pushy and don't listen to you as a customer but he listened and he actually respected what I said. I got the car I wanted and I love it! VERY WORST SERVICE COGGIN HONDA ST AUGUSTINE We purchased a 2015 Honda Odyssey on november month. The service was good when we were purchasing it. Initially we choosen extra varenties and gap We purchased a 2015 Honda Odyssey on november month. The service was good when we were purchasing it. Initially we choosen extra varenties and gap insurance. The next day we cancelled them all. We worked with Finace manager Chris. He said that he will send all those cancellation documents and cheque back to northwest federal credit union. But this was not happen. He didnt send docuements to them. It been more than 2.5 months. As per the bank, they did not receive any documents. We are following it up with these guys like anything to send the documents. But they are not sending us and telling us that they have sent it. Intially they said while cancelling, the payment amount will be reduced , but now they are telling it will be reduced from the principal. We are not blind to sit idealy here. We checked with Northwest federal union, they said the monthly payment amount will be revised once they received the documents. We have been checking with Coggin Honda more than 20 times and more than a month. But no one is taking action on this. VERY VERY VERY WORST SERVICE AND WE ARE WORRYING FOR PURCHASING THE CAR. CAN ANYONE HELP US GETTING OUR MONEY BANK. IF THEY DID NOT SEND THE CANCELLATION DOCUMENTS, WE WILL BE PAYING MORE 10000 BUGS WHICH WE DONT WANT REALLY. WE DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE OUR REGISTRATION COPIES YET. FOR THIS ALSO WE FOLLOWED UP A LOT . BUT NO RESPONSE. WE WANT COGGIN HONDA TO SEND THE CANCELLATION DOCUMENTS AND CHEQUE TO NORTH WEST FEDERAL CREDIT UNION AND REVISE OUR MONTHLY AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY AND SEND US THE REGISTRATION COPIES. More
Sales manager Bobby CRIDDLE ruined experience I Had a traumatic experience with 1 person in particular. My sales person was great which is why when I had issues with my last purchase I drove 45 mi I Had a traumatic experience with 1 person in particular. My sales person was great which is why when I had issues with my last purchase I drove 45 min to have James Paul as my sales person. He was the only think positive in this experience however. BUYERS BEWARE! BOBBIE CRIDDLE the "new cars manager" was not only rude and condenseding to me but yelled and screamed at me telling me I am crazy for thinking that any of their sales numbers are incorrect. I was dumbfounded at how this dealership can allow this kind of behavior to customers. Luckily, I spoke to the sales GM and my sales person was able to have him "fake" apologize to me for his behavior and foolishness. I over looked this Mis hap and moved on. However, it's people like him that give honda a bad name, and car dealerships in general to adhere to the bad experience typical stereotype. Very displeased.
