The entire process of purchasing our vehicle took about two hours. Obviously, Coggin Honda puts customer service first. We are so impressed with how we were treated and how easy the process was. The finance manager was just as friendly and helpful. We stopped at three different dealers during the day and after our experience at Coggin we wished we would have gone there first. I bought a car about 3 years ago and had a great experience with a salesman they called JR. I went back this year thinking I was going to get the same great customer service, and boy was I in for a experience with a salesman they called JR. I had to to deal with a sales manager named Jason who is most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with in my entire life. No exaggeration!! I ended up buying the car but I can assure you it will be the last time I take my business to them. It is a shame they have someone as uneducated and with such a bad attitude holding a sales management position. More

They originally did not have the color I wanted in my car and found it in Clearwater and I received it the next day. There are many dealerships around Orlando, save yourself some time and don't go to Coggin. After submitting a request on True Car, I chose to go to Coggin Honda thanks to the positive reviews and the g some time and don't go to Coggin. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a very poor experience with an uninformed salesman and price quotes that were almost insulting. I don't know if they saw a young female and thought they could try and take advantage or that they just do this with everyone who walks through the door. Overall: Uninformed salesman (I knew more about the 2012 CR-V) Incredibly overpriced quote Little respect of customer specifications. Details: I bought a 2010 Honda CR-V EX-L with Nav in May 2010 for $29,500 including all taxes, title and features like floor mats, trunk mat and a spoiler. $29,500 was the final price in May, the middle of the year. Thanks Southern Motors Honda! My family has purchased 3 different new Hondas in the past few years. I now am looking for a 2011 or 2012 Honda CR-V EX-L with Nav. If I can get a good deal on the 2011, I'll go with that, else it is worth it to me to pay extra for the 2012. I called around dealerships, got referrals from Truecar.com and eventually chose to go to Coggin on Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando. There are quite a few Honda dealerships around here but they seemed the best from my correspondences with Nelson. When I arrived, Nelson was not around so Michael was assigned to help me. I was very clear throughout all my correspondences that I wanted a 2011 WHITE Honda CR-V EX-L with Navigation. They did not have it when I arrived. On the phone, I was told that their system said they have it. Anyways, they proceeded to try to sell me the Silver. This is fine, they are salesmen, it is their job. However, I am firm on my White. After me repeating that I want a White CR-V and listening to the salesman talk about his great experiences with his Silver CR-V and how his wife loves the color (or something to that effect), he finally proceeded to look up a White Honda CR-V, find out where they can find it and give me a quote (without mats or spoiler) for over $33,000. $33,000! This is the end of the year, the new 2012's are coming out in a few weeks. They quoted me more than $3500 over what I paid for a brand new one (WITH spoiler and mats), mid-year in 2010! Also, the MSRP for the EX-L with Nav is $29,655 and the factory invoice is $27,924. Even with tag and taxes, that is ridiculous considering the time of year. I also should state that we started out on the wrong foot before any prices were put on the table. Not only did they not really honor my request for a White car (by trying to push the Silver) but their salesman did not know the facts about the 2012. He did not know that the 2012 had better mileage. He also thought that the 2012 is larger with a 3rd row seat, missing that it is 1 inch shorter and 1 inch lower withOUT a 3rd row seat. Though I guess to his credit, the 2012 has more efficient use of interior space to make it feel larger inside. When I brought all this up, I was told by Coggin Honda that Honda has kept all this information quiet. However, anyone (like myself) with a search bar can type in "Honda CR-V 2012" to find this information. I'm not sure why the Honda Dealership can possibly be so incredibly uninformed, but that chipped away any initial trust I had in this dealership. When I brought this up to the manager, he told me that Honda has not trained them yet. However, all this information is available on the internet, so even if Honda has not sent a representative, it seems necessary to at least have the salesman know as much as what is available on the Honda.com site as well as on the plethora of car review sites. In summary, I had an experience at Coggin with two salesmen who did not originally honor my request, who were uninformed about the cars that they sell and then proceeded to quote me something that is so high it is insulting. I came from a dealership- Southern Motors- that had incredibly honest, nice salespeople who really did want to find my family the best cars. We bought 3 cars from them in just a few years. I moved to Florida so I am looking for a new Honda family here. I was hoping to find a similar relationship with Coggin here in Orlando. Unfortunately, I will need to look elsewhere. More

I told this to Larry before we made the agreement then I did not pay attention about the color on the agreeement. I only checked for prices to see if they are as we agreed. I do not know if they have any explanation for that. The car price was not that a good deal, but service was good overall. More
