Mr. Lovins, I agree buying a new car can at times be "overwhelming" or even stressful so thank you for your reply asking me to contact you directly to "look over the initial offer and the paperwork." I understand the demand for the Fit's are currently high with low supply and for only that reason we decided to give Coggin Honda another opportunity. As you requested I called you three times over the past 10 days, left 3 voice mails and never once received a call back. Perhaps your reply/offer asking me to call you to discuss was more for PR. Fortunately I did get ahold of the Sales Manager Nelson Merced two days ago. He said they showed a vechicle in stock and asked if I was ok with the previous offer of 19,025 + $500 for upgrades would work which we had turned down previously. At this point I just wanted to purchase a car and put this behind me so I said that would be fine. He said he needed to check, see if it was still on the lot and call me right back. Two days later Nelson called me back and informed me that he was extremely "Hesitant" to call me back given what had happened previously. Basically now he was telling me I was in the wrong for being upset with Coggin Honda Orlando's bait and switch and since the cars were are in such high demand he was doing me the honor of calling me back. Now that's what I call best in class customer service. On a positive not we purchased our Honda yesterday from another dealer, NO HASSLE and the price even beat the original offer Coggin lied to us with to get us in the door. Do what you want but I highly suggest you look at other Honda dealers. Many may think only people who are mad write negative reviews....please feel free to look at the other numerous positive reviews my wife and I have, this is the only negative one to date. Good luck.
