The experience started out fine. I started with Nick but when he was not available we did the deal with Roberto. He was very thorough and accommodating regarding the car and our trade in. We did wait a long time to do the paper work which was quite frustrating. The car is very nice but did not come with a spare key or valet key. We were assured by Roberto that he would contact the previous owner to get them. I have not heard from Roberto. I sent an email to Nick Bravo requesting the same thing as a followup to his email requesting feedback on my experience. I got no response from him either. I called the used car office yesterday morning (11/26) and spoke to a rather abrupt "manager" regarding the issue. He was less that receptive and basically told me that the dealership had no obligation to provide additional keys if they were not provided when the car was traded in. I could purchase a replacement. His tone was more than condescending and quite frankly made me angry enough to say that this needed to be resolved or I would not bring the car in for servicing with Coggin and would share this experience on the internet. He called this a threat and that my attitude made it hard for him to want to help me. I told him if Coggin had their act together they would have collected the keys when the car was traded in. With that, he said he would talk to Roberto when he came in at noon. I called Roberto at 5PM and left a voice mail. No response. This experience is more than a disappointment. If this is the way the used car department works, what else is suspect. All I wanted is a second key and valet key for a car that I purchased in good faith. Hard to be loyal to a company that treats customers this way. More
firstly, they gave me a good price, i give them that. We walked in to Coggin Honda to acompany my mom on a new car purchase, & never would we have imagined that we would walk out with the floor model!! lol! We were so pleased with the service. From the moment you walk-in until the end, you are treated with respect and friendliness. We will so be referring future interested parties. Our salesman Ozzie Torres was a "GREAT" person to do business with. He was "ALWAYS" courtious and so professional. And even though we are a hand-ful(LAUGHING) he still new how to please are every request. But never the less "EVERYONE" at Coggin Honda is a pleasure. My husband and I had started looking for a new vehicle about 7 months ago and after deciding to go with either a Honda or a Mazda we began contacting dealers in our surrounding area. We did contact Coggin at that time and unfortunately got a salesperson that we felt was not someone we wanted to deal with. After some frustration with all the other dealers we put our search on hold. Forward to this past week, we picked up our search again and finally decided to go for a new Honda Civic LX Coupe. I signed on to TrueCar.com to see what was around and was contacted almost immediately by Mr. Moushon. He was very friendly and patient as we exchanged emails for about a week and nailed down the price and answered my questions. I saw that there were some mixed reviews about this dealership (as with almost any others really) and was a bit nervous about how it would all go when we went to pick up the car on Saturday. Would there be any add-ons or surprises? I have to admit I was fully expecting to go in to the dealership with a battle on our hands or having to walk out with our check in hand, but the exact opposite happened. They honored the price we agreed to with absolutely no problem and even came in a little less when we signed our check over. Elyin in the finance department could not have been any nicer to deal with and helped so much in making our transaction smooth and painless. No pressure to do anything more than we wanted to and no attitudes whatsoever. They were both very friendly and professional and we would recommend them to anyone looking to go Honda. I would highly highly recommend Coggin Honda to my friends and relatives. Let me just say, that I had a horrible experience with Holler Honda for the past 2 weeks and I just eventually gave up on them friends and relatives. I called Coggin to just inquire about Hondas, and they were really nice, helpful and friendly. Their customer service was excellent and their finance person was helpful as well! When i purchased my car last thursday, i got there at the dealership late (6pm). Jeff Pender was amazing, he worked with me and was nice enough to stay until 11pm at the dealership. I felt really bad about making him stay that long. But he still worked with me, and even took the time to explain a lot of things before I left. I now have a brand new 2012 Honda civic coupe! I love love love it! More

The service here to us has been second to none - as Izzy is highly personable, a true gentleman, and gets right to the perfect deal for you. He listens well, and makes sure things get DONE! Even - and more importantly - the management and financing staff works as a real team - no pressure - just great logic, and willingness to make you feel like a special customer - almost a friend. This has been one of my best car shopping experiences - and I have had the pleasure of dealing with just about every department - and the service is indeed consistent. Just as one would expect. Lastly, love my sexy white Accord coupe - not what I thought I was after - but certainly, the perfect fit for me! Thanks again! More
