I came to coggin to purchase a brand new CRV hybrid. My salesperson was Jonathan Gil. He was super respectful and courteous to my husband and I. From beginning to end he did his best to make sure we were happy with our purchase. The person who had me sign the documents was the worst. His attitude was poor and he had us wait an hour to sign. When my husband asked him how much longer he gave my husband an attitude and also a dirty look when we told him we were waiting for a while to sign. He made us wait a bit longer and when I signed he was not friendly and I’m sure it also is because I chose not to add extra warranties to my purchase in which he makes commissions from. His office is the second one from the sales managers desk. He didn’t even tell me his name. I am pleased with my purchase and the service that Jonathan gave me but I would be hesitant to recommend others to go to this dealership due to the way the finance person treated us. He ruined the experience and my mood in the end with his attitude and rudeness. My sister was present and was caught off guard at how rude and catty he was. Also the sales manager never came by to introduce himself or thank us for our business. Jonathan did follow up and he was the reason the deal was sealed. He was great. More
