I have had good experience with Sales but I had very bad experience with the Finance because they did not provide complete details for extended warranty and they've charged me for the features (Protection Package or DPS protector) that I did not request. The sales people I interacted were good and they gave me good estimate of the new car and told me that the prices they quoted would be the final price that I would be charged. That said, when the finance guy was doing paper work, he included additional charges for Protection Package (DPS Protector) without my knowledge. Later after reaching home, I've noticed that I have been charged for the Protection package about 1000$ which I did not opt for. I contacted Finance guy (within 24 hours) over phone to get a clarification. He verified and told me that he'll refund the transaction if I visit the dealership. When I went to the dealership he said that he will require my Loan account # to refund the transaction.. I had to waste my time to go all the way to dealership to get this feedback. I got my loan account # after 2 to 3 weeks of my purchasal of new car. When I went second time to the dealership after I got my loan account# then the finance guy says that he cant refund the transaction because of some issue. Another issue that I came across with the finance guy was with the extended warranty. The finance guy told me that if I buy extended warranty with the car, the warranty price will be included in the loan.. Since I did not do lot of research on the warranty, I checked with finance guy if I have an option to change/cancel if I dont like the warranty. He clarified me that I will get a full refund if I cancel the extended warranty at any time. Later I approached him that I wanted to change the warranty to a different company offered from the same dealership and asked for a quote. He tells me that he wants to think in fresh mind and he needs couple of days time to review and provide me a quote. I havent got any update from this guy even after I waiting for few days. I am really not happy with the way this finance guy provided information to me, changed his words and wasted my money/time. I tried to reach dealership management to report my experience but was not succesful so far. More

After having a great experience with Libby Cricket, my salesperson, I sat with this Sammy De La Rosa for final paperwork on the lease of a Honda CRV. He wanted for me to purchase some additional insurance salesperson, I sat with this Sammy De La Rosa for final paperwork on the lease of a Honda CRV. He wanted for me to purchase some additional insurance which I wasn't sure of and did not want to increase my monthly payments. Mr. De La Rosa kept pushing for me to get this insurance and I noticed he was even getting upset on my indecision. He finally told me I could accept the insurance at that point and cancel it on three days if I decided I did not really want it. I did agree to that since at that time I just wanted to get home after being in the dealer for hours. I came back on three days and asked him to canceled it. What Mr. De La Rosa did not tell me was that the payment amount, which was increased with the insurance, was not going to change even after canceling the insurance. I have been struggling ever since with this issue and no one at the Coggin Honda Dealership has yet taken responsibility to solve it. More

I went to Coggin to buy a new car, I ended up purchasing a new Honda Accord. Todd Lee was my salesman and he was very helpful. He answered all my questions regarding the car, even after I left the dealers a new Honda Accord. Todd Lee was my salesman and he was very helpful. He answered all my questions regarding the car, even after I left the dealership, I would call or email Todd with follow up questions and clarifications and he would promptly answer. Once I bought the car, Todd would call to check in and see if I had any questions. I had trouble getting my iphone and the text messaging function work with the car and Todd sat with me in the car trying to program the phone, we then went inside and to the computer trying to figure out the issue. I left that night and he worked with another salesman trying to figure out why I was having trouble! The next day, Todd emailed me and told me what the problem was. He was great to work with and I appreciate all his help and follow up. I won't have bought the car at Coggin if he wasn't so good with following up and responding to my questions. More

Mr, Josh Holcomb (estimator)never try to call to verify with insurance company , put a sign on the door will be back at 3.00 pm never show for 2 days, office was closed , nobody answer my calls, finally after 5 days I called my insurance company to call dealer to release my car, so I got my car was not even washed after 5 days in lot , I tried to file a complaint they send me to another location where the manger did not show any interest in helping. by the way when I called my insurance company to file claim I asked them about a repair center next to my house they never mention Coggin Honda collision center , but mention another center although I live one mile away from Coggin Honda ,now I know why,. I will never use them again or recommend them to any friends. More
My husband and I utililized USAA auto program, which sends you dealers to contact and in turn they receive my info. I was dealing with a Honda dealer in my neighborhood who was calling me back with his sends you dealers to contact and in turn they receive my info. I was dealing with a Honda dealer in my neighborhood who was calling me back with his best price for a Honda CRV 2013. While waiting for his call I received a call from Nelson Merced who told us if we were to come into his dealership we would be totally satisfied and beat the price. To make a long story short, when it comes to shopping for a car, I would rather have my tooth pulled without the Novocain. The sales people that we have dealt with are like robots with the same speech and never listening to what you have to say and then try to hold you hostage because somewhere in their pea brain they think they can force you to buy a car that you can't afford or don't want. Then came an experience of a lifetime and totally turned us around when it came to shopping for a car. When we got to Coggins (cringing on the thought of here we go again) only to our surprise we dealt with Jeffrey Pender who Nelson set us up with who showed us what true quality service and caring about the customers needs are all about. The service was great the price of our trade was great and they worked with us as to the color White Diamond Pearl my husband wanted. They didn't have the color but said they found one from another dealer with extra options that would normally bring up the price of the car but since they didn't have the color we requested on the lot they would not charge us extra for the options or for transporting the car to their lot. It was late at night so there wasn't anyone to talk to in reference to the CRV. We received a call from Nelson saying that the car we were told about was sold and there was no 2013 in the White Diamond Pearl so to make it up to us, he wanted to know if it was okay if they sold us a 2014 with the same options at the same price. OMG!! We have had quite a few cars and with the exception of 1 dealer up north (NJ), we never, ever had an experience of this caliber!! Thank you Coggins, Jeffrey and Nelson for your quality, above and beyond customer service!!!! More
This is the 5th new Honda I've leased from Coggins & view it as the best dealership around. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who values fairness in dealings. Contacted dealer via TrueCar.com, visited Jacob Smith at a pre-arranged time. Jacob greeted us, immediately showed us the exact auto we were interested in. We didn't want any 'dealer add-ons', and he foun a pre-arranged time. Jacob greeted us, immediately showed us the exact auto we were interested in. We didn't want any 'dealer add-ons', and he found us a car on the lot that was 'exactly' what we wanted, at the TrueCar priced which we know was a good, reasonable price. We waited a while for deeding/finance, but they were busy that day. Great experience at Coggin! More
