They were very helpful to me. I was visiting from out of town and my alternator went out on my Pilot. Mike Bell, service advisor that I talked with was very attentive and helpful I was visiting from out of town and my alternator went out on my Pilot. Mike Bell, service advisor that I talked with was very attentive and helpful with setting up a tow, making sure the part was in stock, and letting me know how the replacement of the alternator would proceed. Mike kept me updated with several phone calls and the repair was able to be finished before the close of business on the same day that my vehicle was towed to the dealership.
