Our only visit, bought a new CRV with a trade in. Sent to this dealer because of their agreement with Costco Auto. We knew exactly what vehicle we wanted and how much we wanted for our trade in. Eventually arrived at the $$ we wanted, but no Costco savings included. So that wasn’t worth anything. Honestly could have gone to any dealership and gotten the same deal. The whole process was very time consuming. We were there 7 hours! Never met the person we had the appointment with, but were happy with our salesperson, Herman Alcaraz. More
