The technician was very friendly and accommodating. I've had a recall on my Honda for 5 months or so and everyone of their reps at Coggins says we should have the parts soon every week. I just found out from Honda that it will likely be closer to fall when the parts are ready. The vehicle is a business vehicle and I can't use it, so I'm losing money because this multinational business didn't do it's quality assurance properly, doesn't have the parts, and will not reimburse for the money lost. I've bought Acuras and Honda's for over 20 years, and there is no attempt to cure the injured party due to their incompetence. I was told by corporate there is nothing they are willing to do, and Coggins says it's up to the dealership. Sounds like a lack of accountability and complete disregard for the well being of their clients/customers. More
