Coggin Honda is a very reliable dealership. Everyime I come I’ve come Matt has been my specialist and he is awesome. However, last Saturday I came in because my thermostat was not working. Gus Everyime I come I’ve come Matt has been my specialist and he is awesome. However, last Saturday I came in because my thermostat was not working. Gus explained they had to do a diagnostic test first to see what was going on with my car. I learned that leaves had burnt out the part with my thermostat. The cost was pricey for me but I needed the part. His told me about Firm and how it would provide me with a reasonable monthly payment with very little interest. Who knew you had this program, Gus!! Later on that day, I lost my earbud and Gus was there to save the day again . He found my earbud. Oh, just so you know he contacted his team to see if anyone found an earbud. You talk about customer service, Gus went over and above! Honda continue to hire fantastic people like Gus and Matt, thank for amazing team! More
