Herman provided the upmost professional attention to detail, care and patience as we discussed the vehicle of choice. All the interactions I had from Herman- sales/leasing advisor, to the Sales Manager Antoine Thomas, to the finance representative were amazing. Each person provided genuine care, thorough insight, respect, and professionalism. My experience included a reasonable length of time to close the deal. At no moment did I feel pressured by Herman, on the contrary I felt comfortable, heard and understood. He took his time to ensure the best possible deal was presented. He is very poised, efficient and provided an excellent buying experience.
