I have purchased two cars from Coggin Honda of Orlando so far. Both experiences have been nothing but positive and friendly with no pressure, and best of all quick and easy. I purchased a 2007 Accord EX sedan last year and it was a wonderful car. It made me a Honda owner for life. Before I went to Coggin Honda I was a Ford guy. Jason Whitten did an excellent job of getting me into an extremely nice car with a lower price then I could have expected. I just traded in my 2007 Accord for a brand new 2011 Accord LX-S coupe. It's my first new vehicle purchase. Kevin Sternett was very friendly with absolutely no pressure what so ever put on me. Kevin did a great job of informing me of my purchase options and once again I was given a great price. Kevin even went so far as to check the radio stations from my trade-in car and then programmed them into my new car before I drove it off the lot. Jason gave me a fair value for my trade-in and I left the dealership knowing that if I needed anything after the purchase Jason and Kevin would be there for me. I love my new Honda, it drives as good as it looks and I'm so glad I bought it from Coggin Honda of Orlando. More

Kevin Sternett and the rest of the Coggin Honda Sales staff made purchasing my first Honda an enjoyable experience. There was little or no pressure from the sales staff between the time I first visited the dealership and the time I drove away in my new vehicle. Communication from the dealership during that two week period was always courteous. Once I decided on the vehicle, we negotiated the final price. There were no surprises. Once done, I felt like I got a good deal and I know they made some money on the car. Next I went to financing while my new CRV was being detailed and filled with fuel. At financing we took care of the transfer paperwork. That process was also quick and painless. Then back to Kevin. He walked me out to my new vehicle and made sure that I got the basic adjustments (seat, a/c, radio) to my liking and off I went. The entire purchase visit took approximately 2.5 hrs and afterwards I felt great. Subsequent to the purchase date the dealership has communicated with me a couple of times to make sure that everything is to my satisfaction, which it is. All in all a very pleasant experience.
