I have been trying to end my lease due to financial problems. I called and got someone who told me just pay it off and turn it in. If I had that kind of money I would not have been trying to end my lease. I called and emailed Mr. Ward about buying my 2009 CRV several times with no response. The last few times I have been there or talked with anybody I was treated pretty badly. I understand the problems with Capital One caused quite a bit of stress for everybody concerned, but that is no reason to be treated like I was carrying the plague. I had learned to expect better from Courtesy Honda and have been very disappointed with my treatment. They are overbearing and pushy, and try to make you think they are doing you a favor by swindling you out of your hard earned money. I sent one email to Coggin Honda about buying my 2009 CRV and receive d a phone call within 20 minutes and they are buying my CRV. They were very happy to help and liked that it only has 22, 000 miles on it and is in very good shape. Apparently Courtesy Honda is not in the business of taking care of long time customers anymore as they have so many sales that they don't need repeat customers. I am very happy to have found Coggin Honda and hope to be doing business with them for a long time. PS: The deal with Coggin Honda went through in less than 15 minutes, Jeff was very nice and thorough. Also my thanks to Cricket and Jason who could not have been more helpful. Mindy McCormack More
