I had a very positive buying experience at Coggin Honda of Orlando. The sales person, Larry Hernandez didn't pull any tricks, and gave me exactly what I asked for, within the price range I needed. I told of Orlando. The sales person, Larry Hernandez didn't pull any tricks, and gave me exactly what I asked for, within the price range I needed. I told him ahead of time that I had exactly an hour to complete the sale, and that's how long it took. He was ready ahead of time so that when I got there, all that we needed to do was sign the paperwork. When I arrived, my sales person was outside waiting for me and immediately took me inside to process the paperwork. Once I got to finance, everything was exactly as I was told it would be. No surprises or shocks, and Nick respected my time constraints and didn't try to pressure me into unnecessary add-ons. I received everything I was promised, and found that there are car salesmen out there who are true to their word. When I left the dealership in my new car, I felt good about my purchase and my experience. I couldn't believe it went so well. I would definitely recommend this sales person and this dealership to my friends or family. More
J. T. Gunter was an excellent salesman. We interacted many times over a 3 month period as I tried to decide what options I wanted and what I was willing to pay. Also a factor was what cars remained in th many times over a 3 month period as I tried to decide what options I wanted and what I was willing to pay. Also a factor was what cars remained in the 2009 inventory as we interacted in the September - November time frame. J. T. presented the car cost as I ask: "What is the bottom line cost -- out he door, with tax, dealer prep, and other misc charges included". Some other car salesman and dealers in the past would not present the cost in that way until I dragged it out of them. They wanted to "deal". This made for a slow frustrating experience with those dealers and in one case, the other dealer lost the sale even though he gave a ~$50-$100 lower price . J. T., I'll see you again in 7 - 10 years when I need a new Honda. More
We came to test drive a CR-V after eliminating the RAV4 from our top picks. Our salesman, John, was very patient and helpful. Most importantly, he wasn't high pressure. He showed us all the important and neat features of the car and was very friendly. Damian worked with us on negotiating the price as well as the value of the trade-in. He was also very helpful in making suggestions of different vehicles to stay in our price range. We ended up purchasing a vehicle that was exactly what we were looking for. More
Be careful with these guys, they're slick. It's one of those dealers that doesn't put a sticker price on anything, so you know to immediately be on guard, right? Long story short, I was looking for a Civ those dealers that doesn't put a sticker price on anything, so you know to immediately be on guard, right? Long story short, I was looking for a Civic coupe and they talked me into an Accord coupe. I hadn't done my research on Accords so I thought the prices they were showing me looked pretty good. They tried VERY high pressure sales tactics to get me to sign and buy and I told them I just needed to do a little research before I made a decision. They told me I could go ahead and use their computer right in the dealership. Glad I did. Turns out they were only offering me about a grand off of a brand new car's MSRP for a 1 year old model with 22,000 miles. Once I called them on trying to get away with ripping me off their tone changed completely and they nearly threw me out of the showroom. But, what did I care? Not like I'd consider doing business with them, right? More
I visited Coggin Honda of Orlando with just the intention of getting my 2005 Chevy Express Van with 85,000 miles appraised. First, I had a very good welcome by John which he helped me a lot and was very pati of getting my 2005 Chevy Express Van with 85,000 miles appraised. First, I had a very good welcome by John which he helped me a lot and was very patient with me. While I was waiting for the appraisal, John asked me if I was interested in any car in particular, and I said "I will like an accord ex for my wife." He offered me to take one for a spin and I gladly accepted. After a few minutes Mr. Santana came with the appraisal and to my surprise, they were willing to pay off my van and offered me I great deal with a 2010 Honda Accord LX-P. I have to say they were both very professional and very open to any questions that I had. I don't like to be pushed on a deal or been rushed to make a decision. Alvin and John were the total opposite demostrating a high level of professionalism. I would definitly recommend this dealer to anyone. Alvin and John, it was a pleasure to work with you guys... More
We got off to a rough start on deal it became very difficult, however I did not feel pressured to buy. We purchased 2 cars from Coggin one for myself and one for my mother and both of us love our car difficult, however I did not feel pressured to buy. We purchased 2 cars from Coggin one for myself and one for my mother and both of us love our cars. We had an issue with financing on one of them, and Gary the service manager went out of his way to adjust the price a week after I had the car to make my payments stay close enough to the same that I was able to still afford the car. I would definitley recommend this dealer to anyone, this is the 5th and 6th car we have bought from Coggin and we will continue to come back. More

Originally took my car to this dealership for its scheduled 60,000 mile maintenance. Was told at that time it needed new front and rear brakes. I said I could only afford to do one set at that time scheduled 60,000 mile maintenance. Was told at that time it needed new front and rear brakes. I said I could only afford to do one set at that time, and was told the front brakes needed it more than the rear brakes. A couple months later I took the car to another service garage and was told the rear brakes had thousands of miles left on them, and shouldn't need to be replaced for some time. When I received a call from Honda corporate for a survey regarding my visit, I explained that they tried getting me to fix things that didn't need to be fixed. The next day I received a call from the Coggin service manager asking for specifics. He insisted I bring the car in that day so he could see the brakes himself. When I took it in, the service manager explained the brakes didn't need immediate replacement, but were marked "Future Attention Needed." He explained it as a possible miscommunication between me and the service advisor. The manager then said I would receive a follow-up survey from Honda, and that if I rated them excellent, He would take off $100 of a different repair for the car. A couple days later I received the email survey, and filled it out, very positively. I did not, however, rate every category as "perfect." Since I didn't rate them perfectly, he wouldn't be able to offer me the $100 off the repair. I will never take my car to this dealer again, nor would I consider buying a car from them in the future. Over all experience was very good. Did not have to hassle to much with price. Dealership did a great job with cleaning up a used vehicle. The engine compartment was exceptionally clean. I chose the dealer to much with price. Dealership did a great job with cleaning up a used vehicle. The engine compartment was exceptionally clean. I chose the dealership over a smaller lot for reputability of the used cars presented. It paid off. The cost was higher, but the money I would have put in the vehicle if purchased somewhere else would have been a hassle i was not willing, nor had the time, to take. More
