I love Coggin Honda, but probably would not have purchased a new car yet if it hadn't been for Elyin. You would never know that the car had not come with the more expensive rear view mirror or usb music connection that we had added. He even checked to make sure that the new music connector would work with my iPod. He facilitated our negotiations with dealer management so that we got an excellent deal on the car and received a very reasonable price that was within our budget. He helped arrange for us to get a very generous trade-in allowance on my 15 year old Honda Accord and to get the navigation dvd updated. We were going to buy a car bra (to protect the car from love bugs in Florida, but were told about a paint job that would do the same without looking as ugly (I didn't want a black front on my new red car). We instantly chose to switch the bra option for the paint option. All of the people at Coggin, from Elyin to the finance people were extremely friendly, informative, and helpful, without being pushy. The finance department made sure that we were able to take advantage of the 1.9% financing being offered by Honda at the time we purchased the car (although we did pay cash for a good portion of the purchase price). Last year, we purchased a Honda Pilot at Coggin and had both the Pilot and my old Accord serviced there. The service people are exceptionally good and do the work expeditiously. Elyin taught this 5 speed manual transmission driver how to use the 6 speed manual transmission on the new car on a great test drive on the highway. My overall experience with Coggin was excellent, making this the easiest decision and purchase I have made in a long time. More

My husband and I are very pleased with the type of service and information he provides to us. We bought a Honda Pilot about 1 ½ years ago with Elyin and now we just bought a New Honda Civic. I will not buy anything unless Elyin is there. If you go to Coggin Honda of Orlando make sure you stop by and see him you won’t regret it. He can answer any questions you may have about the car and he will not lie to you. He will not pressure you in buying a car and he will try his best to find a car that meets your needs. He is so easy to talk to and he is always willing and able to help you. One of the serveal things I like about him is that if you leave him a message he will get back to you promptly, you don’t have to wait forever to get a call back. She test drove two vehicles but decided on the 2010 version of the vehicle she was due to turn in because she liked it so much. Nelson was very sincere, friendly and had her driving away in her new vehicle in record time. Not only did Coggin Honda buy out the remaining months on her lease, but her payments are lower than she had been paying for the last four years (and no, she was not upside down on her last vehicle). This was the fastest and most pleasant car buying experience we have had. It's refreshing to know there are dealerships out there that are interested in customer service and you walk away feeling like you got a great car at a very affordable payment! More
