I went to Coggin Honda to find a good car and was hoping for great service. My expectations were unexpectedly met. I was helped by Edgar Rodriquez. This is my 8th new car purchase from Coggin Honda of Orlando. I cannot more effusive about this experience. The three gentlemen above...showed professionalism, expertise and great customer care. From the moment I walked in there was Jeff Berlin and Nelson Merced to greet me and get me started. Jeff made sure that the car was ready. It was a beaut and had all the extras I wanted. Working with Nelson Merced was a wonderful experience. He was so knowledgable and friendly that I felt as if I were with a close friend: yet he never lost his perspective on the purpose of my visit. After all the necessary paper work, he went with me as I drove my new white Honda Accord showing me all incredible new extras . After we cleared up all the necessary paperwork...I went to Jose "Smiley" Fernandez. He truly lives up to his sobriquet: Smiley. I was amazed at his expertise what with all that paper work for signatures. Never once was I pressured to purchase any extras. He was friendly without being obsequious. We talked about finance, purchase vs. lease and for the first time it all made sense. He went the extra mile with a coating and inside finish: calling me a VIP customer. I liked the sound of that. When all the fine points were settled, signed and delivered. The three gentlemen above saw me out to my car to make sure everything was in order and I was happy with the result: a very professional and caring team. In all my experiences with Coggin Honda, I have to say that this has been the BEST!!!! You are very fortunate to have these three excellent professionals on your staff. They are a credit to Coggin Honda. In his letter back to me about my purchase, Mr Merced claimed he wanted me to be a "customer for life!" That is a no brainer. We have used Coggin Honda before in association with our Costco membership. We have been driving a Honda now for 11 years and having always been told that Honda was a "work horse" we returned. We had every confidence that Coggin would treat us well and Michael Spears with whom we dealt previously did not disappoint. He wasted no time in getting us going on looking at the exact vehicle in which we interested. He had the answers to all our questions, was fully knowledgable on the vehicle, Honda programs and took the time to understand just exactly what we wanted and why. All in all our experience was excellent and we are now driving exactly the car we wanted. This is due in large part to the time and effort put in by the dealership and ore specifically Michael spears. Thank you for an excellent experience. More

From the professionalism, courtesy and positive and upbeat attitudes, we left not only feeling great about our new car, but about the overall buying experience all together. I must say that the salesman that we worked with, Sean Bryant, was outstanding on every level. He made the whole buying experience from beginning to end flawless and enjoyable. Throughout the whole time that I worked with Sean I got the impression that he wasn't just trying to sell us a car, but instead he had our best interest in mind. His straight forward approach made me trust him from the start and I never felt any pressure what so ever. Instead, I got the feeling that he wanted to do whatever it takes to make us comfortable and happy with the purchase that we were making. I'm not sure about the other sales people on your staff, but if they are cut from the same cloth as Sean, then you are very fortunate. Our experience was such, that within a couple hours of leaving Coggin my wife and I were discussing trading in our other vehicle to purchase another Honda from you guys. Rude customer service regarding a deposit. The should make things more clearing when doing transactions over the phone. The vehicle test driven was honda certified but it needed alignment, transmission w make things more clearing when doing transactions over the phone. I originally browsed through the internet to look for my Honda Touring.When I clicked on the Quote site I was e-Mailed a quote within a few minutes. I wasn't ready to purchase a vehicle at that time so I ex Honda Touring.When I clicked on the Quote site I was e-Mailed a quote within a few minutes. I wasn't ready to purchase a vehicle at that time so I explained to David to call me back in 2-3 weeks. David was very accommodating and helpful. David called me 2 weeks later and I asked him if I could come in to test drive the Honda Touring and he explained that the dealership did not currently have one in stock,however I could test drive the EX-L. I went in to test drive it and I was impressed with the vehicle and with the attention that David had given me.David and I worked diligently to come up with a good price and the next task was to locate The Honda Touring. David was successful and I am driving The Honda Touring. The staff of Coggin Honda were very helpful and personable. I have purchased many vehicles in New Jersey before moving to Florida and I can honestly say that David Macera,Jose Fernandez,and George Vergos are outstanding helpful employees that know their craft and how to satisfy any customer.
