I purchased a used 2005 Honda Element from Coggin Honda in February. My Salesman Nicholas Bravo was extremely helpful throughout the entire process....that is until the end. Before I purchased my vehicle, in February. My Salesman Nicholas Bravo was extremely helpful throughout the entire process....that is until the end. Before I purchased my vehicle, I advised my salesman that the alignment was off and that would be the only thing holding me back from completing the transaction. We agreed he would have it in the shop and be sure it was addressed before I picked it up. I took him on his word and purchased the vehicle a few days later. After I signed all my paperwork and drove the vehicle home I noticed the alignment was still off. I addressed my concern with my salesman along with the driver's seat being loose in certain positions. The management team refused to align my vehicle as it was not on the "to do" list. This is a list of items that must be completed prior to a sale and signed off by a manager in whatever department you are purchasing your car from. I explained to them the reason why a request was never made was because I was already told prior to the sale that it was going to be completed, therefore there was no need for me to re-list it. (Mr.Bravo assured me) This did not sway them and they did not want to see it from a consumer's point of view. In addition my salesman was out on family business and could not speak on my behalf. They did state they would look at my seat issue but I told them I wanted it all done at the same time. I tried contacting my salesman on numerous occasions in regards to the issue and he advised me many times he would have it addressed. Like I stated before, he had family issues but it seemed like he was still keeping my issues in mind. COME TO FIND OUT IN THE END THIS WAS NOT THE CASE! I took time off of work by leaving early various occasions only to be turned away because my original salesman was not around. I also took a day off from work on 4/20/2011. The day before I took off Eric in Used Car Sales advised me it was still ok to take my car in for my seat issue, and also a $50 credit for services performed in their service dept. (This was verified by Mr.Bravo) This was to offset my alignment issue. When I got there the $50 was no longer being offered to me and they didn't want to take a look at my seat. What a disaster. My Salesman is the only reason I would ever return. He did seem to want to help but nothing ever came of it. (Update these issues were addressed) **I still keep in contact with my sales rep and would be more than happy to send him leads in the future** I have revised my score to reflect it. More
Tariq is a very talented salesman. I knew him previously from another local car dealer. Coggin was very fortunate to get him on their staff of Sales people. He is very knowledgable of the Honda brand and ma from another local car dealer. Coggin was very fortunate to get him on their staff of Sales people. He is very knowledgable of the Honda brand and made the car buying experience painless. He delivered everything he promised and more. After the sale he called and asked how the car was doing and also got me an extra key and fob that were missing from the car. This is real customer service. When it comes time to trade in my wifes car I'll be calling on him again. He should be a Sales Manager. He could teach other sales people how to treat a customer. More
We checked put other auto dealers in the area and I have to say that Nelson wad superb and the very reason why I decided to go with Honda. This is the 3rd car (2nd Van) that I have purchased from Coggin Honda and I must say that dealing with Chris over the internet was exceptional! This was my first time dealing with internet (car) sales and a Coggin Honda and I must say that dealing with Chris over the internet was exceptional! This was my first time dealing with internet (car) sales and after this experience I'll never go back to the old way to buying a car again. Internet sales allowed me to make contact email/phone when I wanted, arrange for a demo ride after seeing a van on the lot I wanted to look at and also made the deal over the phone which was painless. When I picked up the van I was in and out of the dealership in about 90 minutes, that included a little paperwork, go over the van with Chris and signing paperwork. Nick one of the Finance Managers there had me out of finance in about 15 minutes! To sum this up - my car buying experience was exceptional and painless and yes I would purchase from Coggin Honda again. More
I bought car with paperwork saying 2 mile when got home it had 200. I even asked both sales men are you sure it only has two miles? They said yes no hesitation. I called next day letting salesmen know. He was like well we will give u a oil change. I was like I don't think so. We were buying a new car and u straight up lied. He said he would talk to his boss and call us back. He then didn't call when he said. He then ended up losing it over when he asked me if this would affect his survey. Uhh yaa it will..that's what happens when u lie. They never called for survey. Anyways this guy told us to just return the car. Are u serious who tells customers to return the car??? If we didn't like the car or want to go through more of a hassle we would of returned car. That salesperson will never be successful if he dosnt value customers. He wasn't even professional. We bought 2 cars from them. Will never buy there again. And will tell family and friends how they value customers over at coggin honda on obt. I bought the car 2 months ago when my wife and I bought it..the only reason I found this site is the I am looking for a new car..too bad they weren't nice would of been another car sold. More
This is the third time that we choose this dealer to lease our car. We had the opportunity to lease from another dealer, because we had visit others, but our final decision was for Coggin Honda,because lease our car. Turning in a 3 year lease Odessey from Coggin. We were extremely happy with the vehicle and even considered purchasing it after the three years. We wish the offer could have included the new Odessey, but after talking to Sean Bryant and considering our options, we love our new CRV. We feel Honda has the best lease program available, and look forward to another three years together. More

This is my third car at this dealership, my second transaction with Elyin. He made sure everything was taken care and made sure the other departments had the necessary information to do their part. Have a seepage in the valve cover gasket,, not a complete seal, went to have warranty work done at Coggins Honda on South Orange Blossom Trail, as the Honda Element (2008) still under warranty.. won't fix it seal, went to have warranty work done at Coggins Honda on South Orange Blossom Trail, as the Honda Element (2008) still under warranty.. won't fix it says it not leaking.. charge me $117.00 after I went because auto company told me about the leak, when they already did oil change and inspection on my car. Then proceeded to lie to me about other company picking up the tab.. This is bad salesmanship, if they think I would ever recommend them for anything or buy a vehicle from them. Mind you in my job I get around alot in central florida and other states. What do you think we might be talking about.. More
