Coggin Honda of Orlando deserves 5+ Stars. I am very pleased with the staff at Coggin Honda of Orlando. I was greeted right away, everyone is very friendly and helpful. I was a very difficult, demanding customer (so embarrassing) I had to repair a deep dent on my car and damaged area to be painted. The Manager Mr. Henry Jr. Beliveau treated me with great respect. He was very understanding about me needing it done by a certain day and even moved it ahead in priority to finish the repair within 2 days rather than the estimated 4. Mr. Beliveau is very professional and honest in his profession which is rarely not found in the automotive business. Josh Holcomb was honest and openly communicative with the price and procedure. After I got a quote. (I of course tried to find other places and online deals but nobody could beat his offer) When my car was completed I was really impressed with the work they had done. My car literally looked brand new. A great job was done!!! They finished the work ahead of schedule!!! The dent was fixed and an amazing job on the paint was done. There wasn't any over spray or remnants of the paint which tells me that they have been very careful and did quality work on my car. I highly recommend this place for your daily driver or for a specialty car. DECENT repair, unbeatable prices and an EXCELLENT paint job???? No, it can't be. Well, it CAN be at Coggin Honda of Orlando. I’m very satisfied with the results. I can't say enough good things about the outstanding service I’ve received. We were looking for a 2012-2013 Honda Pilot with low miles. As we live 4 hours away from Orlando, Mike worked with us over the phone and email to get a 2012 Pilot with very low miles for a great price miles. The Pilot was on their other lot in Tampa. Robert went to Tampa and picked up the car and met us at the dealership in Orlando. We took the car for a test drive. Robert was very knowledgeable about the car and even programed the bluetooth phone for us. The paperwork process went smoothly and Sammy (in finance) was very personable and didn't pressure us into anything. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. More

I went into Coggin Honda looking for an affordable car with low miles and in good condition on the inside and out. I sent Coggin an email last week. I got a response from Harry Mendoza the next day. The vehicle I wanted was there. He met the price I was looking for. He never hassled me about it. So I drove 200 miles to Orlando, and got the car a few days later. Coggin is lucky to have Harry Mendoza. I hate buying cars worse than the dentist, but Harry made it easy for once in my life. More

I spoke with Roberto by phone for almost 2 weeks. I told him up front exactly what I had and what I needed for a payment. Either he could adjust the price of the SUV I wanted or increase the value of my trade in. I got down there met Roberto who brought in Felix to work with me. I told him right up front what I had for a trade in, no money to go with it, and how much my payments needed to be. I told him I was looking for a 4-cylinder, 4-door SUV and I prefered a Honda, Nissan, or Toyota. He said the used CRVs would not be available as I could not make enough payment. He brings me a car, albeit a nice car, but with my back problems I cannot get in and out of a car and I need something to haul animal feed and other materials with so a car would not work for me. To make a long story short I left with the vehicle I came in. Roberto should have taken an online application from me and saved me having to take an afternoon off work and putting extra miles, about 60, on a vehicle I am trying to trade in. More
