The staff was friendly and the sales person Arthur Glass was very professional and courteous. The model I wanted was the 2011 Honda Civic and that was exactly what Arthur found for me. This was, what I cal was very professional and courteous. The model I wanted was the 2011 Honda Civic and that was exactly what Arthur found for me. This was, what I call, good customer service. I gave him the maximum rate. However, the finance process was not what I expected. The blue book value of the car is $14,900, but instead, they charged me almost $900 over that price. That was the only part that I didn't like and the reason I gave them a 2 at pricing. The warranty that I got at Coggin Honda was for 75k miles or 5 years at $2k approximately with $100 deductible for each visit. I ended up refinancing the car about a week after, with a better finance rate and an extended warranty of 100k miles/no deductible for $1,600 at my bank. My experience in the past with Hondas are that they are reliable cars. The overall experience was good taking inconsideration that the transaction was quick. I recommend Hondas always, however, just make sure you got the actual blue book value of the used car you are purchasing at Coggin Honda before you signed the contract. More
We did not expect to find a dealership in which everyone is pleasant and the overall atmosphere is relax . Wive called service dept on Friday afternoon and talked to person who said he was service manager about reinstallation of a nose cover they had sold us when we had previously bought a new 2012 CRV. Person said there was no problem and no cost since we were good customers, having bought other vehicles and used them for our service needs. Wive appears for Saturday appointment and they tell her there will be a $67.00 charge. She explained her previous conversation with them. They in a nice way told her too bad. She left without the installation. Previous dealings with them had been alot better but this will make us question the reliability of their word in the future. More
Overall experience was good. The only problem was there were several paint scratches. Estaban said they would be touched up while I finished Paperwork w/Alvin (excellent employee). Had timing belt replaced charged $751.00 quoted $499.00 plus $135.00 belt tensioner ,not quoted a $50.shop fee and service specialist yelled at me when I mentioned what another dealership quoted also did plus $135.00 belt tensioner ,not quoted a $50.shop fee and service specialist yelled at me when I mentioned what another dealership quoted also did not change oil as requested did not perform service as quoted,oil seals to be replaced did not do very very rude would not ever have service done at this dealership More
I went to Coggin Honda to find a good car and was hoping for great service. My expectations were unexpectedly met. I was helped by Edgar Rodriquez. This is my 8th new car purchase from Coggin Honda of Orlando. I cannot more effusive about this experience. The three gentlemen above...showed professionalism, expertise and great customer care. From the moment I walked in there was Jeff Berlin and Nelson Merced to greet me and get me started. Jeff made sure that the car was ready. It was a beaut and had all the extras I wanted. Working with Nelson Merced was a wonderful experience. He was so knowledgable and friendly that I felt as if I were with a close friend: yet he never lost his perspective on the purpose of my visit. After all the necessary paper work, he went with me as I drove my new white Honda Accord showing me all incredible new extras . After we cleared up all the necessary paperwork...I went to Jose "Smiley" Fernandez. He truly lives up to his sobriquet: Smiley. I was amazed at his expertise what with all that paper work for signatures. Never once was I pressured to purchase any extras. He was friendly without being obsequious. We talked about finance, purchase vs. lease and for the first time it all made sense. He went the extra mile with a coating and inside finish: calling me a VIP customer. I liked the sound of that. When all the fine points were settled, signed and delivered. The three gentlemen above saw me out to my car to make sure everything was in order and I was happy with the result: a very professional and caring team. In all my experiences with Coggin Honda, I have to say that this has been the BEST!!!! You are very fortunate to have these three excellent professionals on your staff. They are a credit to Coggin Honda. In his letter back to me about my purchase, Mr Merced claimed he wanted me to be a "customer for life!" That is a no brainer. I am and will be a Coggin Customer for life. I will be the first to recommend this excellent dealership Three Cheers to the Three Musketeers mentioned above. More
