Jerry Lovins runs the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with, it has been just over six months since I completed my lease and I am still unsatisfied with it. They are more concerned with attaching an extended warrantee that covers unlimited lamp replacement and wiper blades than finding the right car for you to drive. The sales staff doesn't know which cars are on the lot or what the features of the cars are. If you shop here, beware, and don't opt for the extended warrantee. If you lodge a complaint against the Dealership, and if Jerry calls you back, he will call you stupid and then hang up on you. There are many other Honda dealerships in Orlando, I recommend you go to one of them. Be advised, you may have been told by your finance manager that you were receiving an extended warrantee package for free. I encourage you to review your paperwork, where you will see you have been charged for it. Immediately call Fidelity Warrantee Service to have the package cancelled and refunded to you. If you received a "free" extended warrantee, you will find that you have received one set of wiper blades and the option of $600 in free light bulbs. The rest will be covered by your bumper to bumper Honda warrantee or your car insurance. If you have purchased a maintenance package for oil service, be advised you are being taken for a ride. For example if you paid $1,500 for your maintenance package you will be paying around $250 an oil change, depending on how you drive. Call Fidelity Warrantee Service now and have your extended warranties and maintenance packages cancelled. A 36,000 mile lease will need 6 oil changes, this divided by $1,500 reaches the $250 an oil change. More
I walked in looking for a brand new car to buy, and went in with my mother. We asked to speak with someone who spoke Spanish so JULIO ROMAN came to "help" us out. We started off by explaining that we wanted to look at cars and prices but that we would most likely not be leaving with a car that night. He said oh no you guys come when you're ready to buy, you buy tonight or nothing. My mother and I obviously thought he was kidding and started to laugh but then when he walked away I sensed that he was not joking so I asked him if he was serious and he replied to me yes, it doesn't work like that. At that point we walked out of the dealership and on the verge of leaving when I thought to myself why give this idiot the satisfaction so I walked back in there asking to speak to a manager and also asked for his name, he rudely held his name tag close to my face and said the manager had gone home for the night but that HE was a senior sales representative. I find that ridiculously because a "Senior Sales Resprentative" would know better, would know how to treat a potential customer and not "kicking them out" because they were not in a rush to purchase a vehicle. Julio also scammed my cousin with his CRV purchase and my mother's car purchase a year prior was also scammed and they did not want to help her out after she drove the car out of the dealership. The place is a joke, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have came across, I assure you that if I would have treated a guest that way at my job, That would of been subject to automatic termination. I hope no one has to relive the experience I had at this poor quality Honda dealership. More

We visited this dealer for an oil change. The policy states they take other dealers coupons. The first service tech stated they never take other coupons. When I questioned this he disappeared and another tech took his place. He basically gave us a "song and dance" and then ended with "well my boss is out sick....." We left the dealer and went to a place that knows their business policies. We have been coming here for years for service and sales . Due to the huge turnover of employees lately the service is sporadic and we will not be back. More

Purchased my previous vehicle from here in 2007 and have used them to service the vehicle since it was purchased. Was in the market for a new accord so trying to be a loyal customer came back to the dealer used them to service the vehicle since it was purchased. Was in the market for a new accord so trying to be a loyal customer came back to the dealership to see what deal they could put together for me. The sales person (Ozzie) we dealt with was very friendly, helpful, and accomodating (I would give him 5 stars for all of his efforts) but the deal was poor to average. Tried to low ball the trade and wanted top dollar for the new vehicle. We had to work very hard to get a very average deal. When one of the manager's came by (unfortunatley I do not remember his name), we tried to share our overall dissatisfaction about portions of the deal and he seemed very condescending to both of us. I am a highly educated person and understand that you are in business to make money, but the way he talked about it was unprofessional in my opinion. It really isn't my problem how much your mortgage is on your facility, but I am glad he felt the need to tell us that. I did not feel that he treated us well for being repeat customers and having spent over $30K at this dealership in the past. We went to another dealership in town and in less than an hour our first offer was over $2,600 less than the deal we had here that we worked almost 3 hours to get, and this was for the same vehicle. I am no longer a Coggin customer as I have purchased my new accord elsewhere. More
