We had entered the dealership in order to have one of our cars (Odessy) serviced. All service was handled in a professional manner as well as faster than anticipated. This I am sure is due to the overall world economic condition. Todd Potts approached us and started up a conversation. We told him that our family has purchased many cars (maybe 5 o 6) from Coggin. He wanted to know if he could get us into another one. I said there is always a possibility but I have too many months left on my Pilot least, and don't want higher car payments and I don't want to write any checks. I figured this was a tall order but I really wasn't shopping. In the end, a deal was reached, my payments did not increase, I was able to get 10 more miles per gallon, I saved on insurance and I did not write a check. So then it came do color and where to get it. At the end of the day they located a car abnd a driver was dispatched to get the vehicle. Trouper and Todd and everyone else that we dealt with treated us in a respectful and professional manner. I have been doing business with Coggin for years and will continue. More
