As we were preparing to leave we were informed that the previous owner had only turned in one key fob "aka remote". When I advised that I was very disappointed in this fact I was introduced to whom I assume was "Victor". He advised he had some 1.5 million dollars of inventory and he couldn't keep track of same, but that if I would lower my voice he would get me a "xxxx" key. There were several of his compadres' standing around so maybe he was trying to impress them with his ability to berate someone, but it didn't impress either my wife or me. He then grabbed the fob and took the car somewhere, returning shortly thereafter saying they didn't have a fob in inventory and would have to order and we would need to come back in 3 or 4 days to have programmed. I did that and waited for some 2 1/2 hours for same. I examined the "Certified Honda Car" check off list which plainly states Item 164 and 165, that two fobs or remotes should accompany all certified Honda vehicles at time of delivery. I would think "Victor" should be required by management to know what the "certification" requires. I have emailed Bren Cabanero, the sales person and the finance Manager, Robert Salsa, asking them to pass this along to both Victor and the GM of dealership, and have yet to have any response to my complaint. So with the lack of any concern for their customer I am sorry I had to give them one star, which is a pure gift. More
Be Prepared to Pay full MSRP and lowest trade in value This dealership lost my trust and business. I like the friendly not pushy atmosphere but was gravely disappointed with their method of sales negotiation. If you enjoy sales haggling and sales folks that add on premium packages that you never asked for (just in case you like to pay extra) and then say sheepishly “we have to start somewhere” then this place might be for you. If you are a serious buyer know that asking for their best deal and bottom line cost is not an option. They need to present costs only their way and discuss what type of buying customer you are with their boss so every penny can be squeezed from the buyer. This method is so unprofessional and insulting to savvy buyers. Buyer beware. Not a pleasant experience here. More
The easiest time we ever had buying a car!!! Linda Friedrich, the sales person was absolutely fantastic. She was patient, and kind, and helped us to find the car we were looking for!!! The GM, Linda Friedrich, the sales person was absolutely fantastic. She was patient, and kind, and helped us to find the car we were looking for!!! The GM, Vince Cardone, and Manager Jim were friendly, and kind, and helped us get the payment we wanted, and did everything they possibly could to make us comfortable while at their dealership! No one was pushy, and it was the best experience we ever had in all our years buying a car! I would highly recommend this dealership to all our friends, and family! I want to thank all involved for the special treatment we were given! More

After arriving at the dealership at the arranged time after a 45 minute drive, we were approached and given the keys to the car. There was a guy and his wife in their car next to the Mustang and when they saw me looking at the car they began to yell at me and the salesman. The guy was so angry I thought the situation was going to become physical. Management did nothing to calm the situation and the salesman I was with just brushed it off. The guy and his wife said they were making a deal on the car and that I wasn’t allowed to look at it. The salesman insisted that I drive the car and told me not to worry about the people trying to stop me. Not only was I being harassed for looking at a car that I had an appointment to see, I later found out that the guy who I made the appointment with WAS THE ONE SELLING THE CAR OUT FROM UNDER ME. After test driving and assessing the condition. The general manager came over and went over the pricing. I was ready to make an offer with the salesman I was working with when the GM returns again to inform us that the car has been sold. This is not the right way to do business. The whole experience was very hostile and the sales rep BREN seemed to have this set up. He had us and this guy against each other on the car in order to pressure one of us to jump on it right then and there. I will never do business with any Coggin dealership after this experience and will recommend my friends to go elsewhere. Terrible way to treat a customer. More

Unfortunately, they don't make them anymore and I was afraid it would be an issue. I spoke to Ray at the service desk and he was so helpful. He and the person who sold parts was very creative in finding a solution and solved the problem at a very fair price. I am not sure if they changed management since I was there, which was about a year ago, but it has now become a very friendly and customer service driven dealership. When I am ready to buy another Honda I certainly would consider buying it at Coggin. More
