We just moved to Port St Lucie and brought our van in for service. Horrific experience! Totally ripped me off in service. Avoid at all costs! Charged me $350 for tests which I had no idea about and I made su service. Horrific experience! Totally ripped me off in service. Avoid at all costs! Charged me $350 for tests which I had no idea about and I made sure to tell him not to do anything until I know the costs. Service guy told several lies to cover his xxx as if he told me. Women…beware!!! He never told me I was going to have to pay for refrigerant to run a test yet stuck me with a $350 bill for the refrigerant. Then told me I can’t run the AC without replacing the fan or my car will overheat. I’ve never felt more taken advantage of for being a woman. After the lies I was told I told them not to fix anything because I didn’t trust them, that’s when he stuck me with a $350 bill. Totally ripped off and now my AC doesn’t work at all. It worked fine while driving before but didn’t work while sitting still now no AC at all and leaving on vacation for 3 weeks. More

The body shop is a disaster. But full of lies. NEVER A Calback!! Liars It took 3 1/2 weeks to get an estimate. They missed more then half the car. Started with a $ 1800 quote. Then came back with a $4900 estimate! They again missed more of the car. Was promised 3 or 4 finish dates. They found more. Then today Friday the have the nerve to say our 6 month old battery was dead and WE needed to get a new one. I called 4 times and got no one to call back. Barbra is a liar. She and also the Manager of the Honda dealer didn’t have the guts or the courtesy to call me back!! My advise go anywhere else but not here as the can’t figure it out. They suck and I will tell everyone how we were treated! Not the 1st time here but I promise you it will be the last. Like I’ve always said 2 things. Treat people the way you want to be treated. And when your happy you tell 2 or 3 people. When your lied to and pissed on, you tell everyone. This is just the start for them. I vow to treat them like the way they treat people. More

This place is a total disaster. I had to change the battery in my 2018 Honda accord hybrid. All of the systems went out so I took it in to have the programs reinstated. The service person helped me fil battery in my 2018 Honda accord hybrid. All of the systems went out so I took it in to have the programs reinstated. The service person helped me fill out the form said it was electrical problems. I have to wait to get a ride there and back in order to have my car serviced. When I went to pick the car up, I was told it was finished and paid a bill of over $200. The person who drove me there left when I assured him they said the work was complete. However, I noticed halfway home, that most of the work was not completed. Now I have to wait until I can get another ride. I am attempting to do that this week but have no faith in this company. They could care less about a customer satisfaction. And now I have to inconvenience myself and others to try to have the car repaired. More
