Every time my significant other, and I have brought in our civic type R and our Honda Civic SI we haven’t had nothing but great service. I brought it to a couple different. Hondas and I have never had good luck bringing it in but with Coggin I’ve had nothing but excellent service and I will continue to bring my car back in for service and when I look at my next vehicle, I will be buying from here. Fantastic customer service, they explain everything to you and help you get the best possible deal. I drove 3 hours to get a car from them and I will do it again when I need another. I was there for 4 hours on Saturday, 10/18/25. No one informed me that it would take that long. I was offered a ride home after 3 hours and then someone would come back and pick me up when my car No one informed me that it would take that long. I was offered a ride home after 3 hours and then someone would come back and pick me up when my car was ready. I declined because it shouldn’t have taken that long to offer me that service and the only reason it was offered is because I kept asking the service agent for updates on my cars status. I figured I waited this long so no use going home now. Had to cancel plans and everything. Think I will go to another dealer or place to have my car serviced in the future. Everytime I go to Coggin Honda fort Pierce they take longer and longer on my car and my car is fairly new and doesn’t have any major issues. Seems like the staff doesn’t really care about wasting your day and time. More
