I was there for 4 hours on Saturday, 10/18/25. No one informed me that it would take that long. I was offered a ride home after 3 hours and then someone would come back and pick me up when my car No one informed me that it would take that long. I declined because it shouldn’t have taken that long to offer me that service and the only reason it was offered is because I kept asking the service agent for updates on my cars status. I figured I waited this long so no use going home now. Had to cancel plans and everything. Think I will go to another dealer or place to have my car serviced in the future. Everytime I go to Coggin Honda fort Pierce they take longer and longer on my car and my car is fairly new and doesn’t have any major issues. Seems like the staff doesn’t really care about wasting your day and time. More

I was told that I had a dangerous recall issue and to get my car in as soon as possible to a Honda Dealer. I just called Coggin and gave them my vin number. They verified that I have a recall on my seat weig my car in as soon as possible to a Honda Dealer. I just called Coggin and gave them my vin number. They verified that I have a recall on my seat weight indicating that my air bag could go off without warning. I asked for an appointment a month from now. They told me they could not fix the issue because they don't have the part! They say the parts are allocated to certain dealers and they don't know when they will get any in. Really? I am informed that I have a dangerous issue with a recall and no one has the part to fix it!!!! And the service guy didn't even care. So I told him I was going to leave a bad review. Don't go here. In fact, don't buy a Honda. No service. More
