This past spring I went to my local dealer looking for a used Honda.The service dept. was always exceptional. I can't say the same for the sales dept. I left disapointed. Ms. Williams has such a great attitude.She treated me with respect.Her patience is beyond belief as we went back and forth about price.Mr.Mason also took the time to explain all aspects of the financing process.Getting an excelent interest rate for me and no pressure when explaining the warrenty add ons.I came back this week to have the XM radio installed. Again Xaviara was there with a loaner car while they worked on my car. The next day I had some difficulty with XM on the phone. After two calls to XM I called Xaviera. With her help and a third party call she got the job done. My 2008 Pilot is wonderfull. My tunes are great. I'm stimulating the economy. It's all good. Keep up the good work Xaviera and all. Our salesperson Rodney and his boss Tony were great!!! Unfortunately, their boss Melvin was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only was she extremely friendly and accommodating, but she was also very sensitive to my time constraints and made sure that I didn't spend car. Kelly understood that I was going to be a needy buyer right from the start and we communicated via email and phone several times before I even met him in person. We all know that some salesman will start calling you right from the start. Well, I asked Kelly to limit our communication to email for awhile since I would be at work and really can not have calls all the time. He completely understood and I was actually the one to call HIM! I can not emphasize how important it was to me to not feel hasseled when it came to buying a new car. Then, when it came time to really crunch the numbers, he was prepared, thoughtful and more than willing to compromise. He knew what kind of deal I was looking for, and really made an effort to not waste either my time, nor his. If you are looking to purchase a new or even a used car from someone at this dealership, I could not recommend anyone better than Kelly. He will work as hard as he can for you, and you will know it. I was so excited to be getting my car that when it arrived at 11:45pm, he knew I would be waiting for the news and he emailed me right away. He kept me posted on the status of my car and was so patient answering all my questions. Truly a wonderful buying experience through and through. It may sound cheesy, but in the end, it felt like I bought my car from a family and not some big dealership.
