New car purchase experience We recently purchased a 2015 Honda Accord. Morris Rashwan and Matthew Merricks were the agents we dealt with. What I appreciated about the experience was the low key sales pitch. We did not feel pressured. Morris did not put us in information overload, he explained the features and options without being pushy. Both agents were extremely courteous, pleasant, and non-patronizing.
