Called to get a price quote, I had prices from ALL of the dealers within a 50 mile radius (they were pretty much all the same). Spoke to a salesman, Gino, and he refused to give me a quote over the phone or via email. When I asked who his manager was, HE HUNG UP ON ME!! I called back to speak to his manager and she defended his attitude...very frustrated. They said they would beat any offer by $500...too late lost my business forever. Went to another dealer two days later and bought Pilot...too bad Gino couldn't be better person and treat people with respect. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone. It's a very strong military community and I will definitely make sure to NOT recommend Coggin Honda of Jacksonville for ANYTHING! More
