I've been a service customer here for almost 9 years now and purchased two cars here. I've had dealings with new car sales, used car sales, finance and service. I've received the best deals of all the dealerships in northeast Florida when I purchased the two cars here. Most recently I purchased a used Pilot. There were a few issues with the car and I brought it back several times and they corrected the brakes and alignment for no charge. I know most of the people in the service area but prefer dealing with Alison Davis (sorry guys but she's the best). Alison is friendly thorough and gets me in and out quickly for oil changes. I also know most of the technicians by name and trust them all. I could do business at a closer Honda dealer but I will stay loyal to Coggin because they have treated me well and I value our relationship-thank you Coggin Honda! More

I decided I would go to Coggin and take a look at what they had to offer. I was introduced to Magali Krotzer one of Coggin's sales team. I ended up test driving the CRV and I was hooked. I loved the style and the way it handled. Magali (Magic) was informative, answered by endless questions and did not pressure or rush me even when I changed my mind several times about the color I wanted. It definitely was the best "dealership" experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend Coggin Honda. Also, the showroom was very neat and clean and the amenities were great. More

Mr. Hernandez loves what he does and it shows. The level of professionalism, knowledge, integrity and commitment portrayed by Mike is impressive. He is a wealth of information and goes above and beyond to assure that his customers receive the utmost attention from the moment you walk through the door, while you wait, and at checkout. He made us feel at home. Took very good care of us and made sure we didn't need anything while we waited. Once our car was ready (and perfectly washed), he again, explained all the particulars to us and gave us a brief orientation as to what to expect and how we should keep up with the required maintenance on the vehicle so it will render the best performance. For the first time, when I was asked if I had any questions I was actually able to say no. He covered all the bases and delivered 200% customer satisfaction. Simply put, he is the BEST. Coggin Honda is lucky to have such great employee as part of their staff and they should be heavily rewarded for his hard work. I've been servicing my 2005 minivan since it was purchased new at this dealership. Jim B. is a great service person and very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. I used to work on my own cars until they got too complicated with all the sensors, but I still know enough to know when I'm not being told the truth. This has happened at another Honda dealership near the Avenues, but never from Jim at Coggin. DJ, the mechanic gets to the bottom of the problem and doesn't make stuff up -- something else that I've had happen elsewhere. I can highly recommend Jim B in service and the overall experience at Coggin Honda. The only complaint is that they don't always have the needed parts when fixing the older the vans and of course, nothings cheap, but they are certainly competitive with other dealerships. Their shuttle service has been good and helpful. More
