I searched online for a CR-V (never a doubt in my mind that I would buy another CR-V - my old one had more than 200,000 miles with never a problem) and found one I was interested in at Coggin. I contacted internet sales and Cassie immediately emailed me back. She was busy with another customer when we arrived to look at the car to Laurie Bronfin took over for her. Laurie was very knowledgeable of the CR-V, showed us underneath the hood, explained the safety systems in the car, went over the car from front to back. I had not intended to buy a new CR-V but we were able to get such a great deal at Coggin that I could afford a 2014. Everyone we worked with at Coggin was very pleasant and professional but Laurie went above and beyond - would love to buy all my future cars from her! More

Kelly was in charge of finance, and he is such a nice and helpful person as well. He makes you feel comfortable and makes sure all of your questions are answered. We spoke through email to Kristen, and on the phone to Melvin when we had questions, and they were nothing but nice and answered every single question we had while waiting for our financing to go through. He explained to me how the parts worked and why they weren't working, and how the service team was going to go about fixing it.
