My Son's 1st Vehicle Buying Experience The day I contacted Coggin Honda was the best day ever. My son was starting a new job and a previous dealership was handling his 1st vehicle purchase. The day I contacted Coggin Honda was the best day ever. My son was starting a new job and a previous dealership was handling his 1st vehicle purchase. After several back and forth conversations, it didn't work out. So off to the internet I go. I saw a vehicle that we liked which was at the Coggin Honda location. When I called, I was discouraged and frustrated when the sales personnel "Klajdi Murati" answered the phone. He obtained my number and verified the vehicle was still available for sale. We visited the lot an hour before they closed and received an amazing welcome from Suzan Hersan Insuyu. She verified my call with Kelly and listened to my horror story at the other dealership. She kept saying "I got you". This statement was very assuring, knowing that my son needed a vehicle the next day because he was starting a new job. When test driving the vehicle, Suzan encouraged me to bring the vehicle up to speed as she asked me how the drive felt. This was very personalized customer service and I couldn't have been more pleased. All transactions were above board and whatever questions I had, they were answered. The finance person "Ashley" expedited the paperwork the following morning which added to our positive experience at the dealership.  My son now is a proud vehicle owner of his 1st car. Wonderful Staff, Happy Customer I had previously leased a car from Honda and was coming up on the end of my lease. I was a bit concerned about the turn in fees and being over my mile I had previously leased a car from Honda and was coming up on the end of my lease. I was a bit concerned about the turn in fees and being over my mileage but everyone there worked together and worked with me. Gino and everyone with new cars was friendly and when they couldn't get me where I needed to be Gino introduced me to Roula in pre-owned. Roula was great and of course so was everyone else in the department. She was relaxed and easy to talk to and didn't make me feel pushed in any way. Talking with her was like looking at cars with a friend and she got me exactly what I wanted and stayed in my price range. I really had just planned on stopping by to look at my options but everyone there was wonderful and I found a car I love and ended up leaving with everything taken care of. Thank you! More

Old school in a bad way I was checking out SUV’s and walked in to do my initial research. I don’t remember anyone’s name. The man who showed me the cars was pleasant enough, I was checking out SUV’s and walked in to do my initial research. I don’t remember anyone’s name. The man who showed me the cars was pleasant enough, but passed me on to a manager(I guess) who tried to convince me she was her best friend. I came back for a test drive. Again, the gentleman was ok. I told him I actually liked another car better(true), but I would still like an idea about the price. I noted the MSRP was about 24,700: The work sheet they showed me was for $30,000, which was ridiculous. The destination charge was not included in the MSRP, and there was some sort of “special package” which was extra. When I declined, the manager said she could go down to $26 k. I walked out feeling disgusted. I hate being passed around and I hate that they acted like the Internet didn’t exist. Consumers have a lot more info available to them and shouldn’t have to play games. The dealer I finally used for a different brand said he didn’t understand why some dealers stuck to this outmoded way of doing business. More
