One even told me it was not worth their while to get the car on their lot unless I committed a non-refundable deposit. My experience at Coggin was fantastic. Darrell Williams immediately located the exact vehicle I was looking for and offered to hold it for a refundable deposit. He also committed to matching the lowest price I had found. He was friendly and easy to work with, as was his sales manager and Ashley in the finance office. It's common knowledge that buying a car can be exasperating, but the folks at Coggin Honda were genuine and helpful and made for a very decent experience. Awesome and I would highly recommend buying your next vehicle at Coggin. More
Consistently helpful. I came to the the used car lot to check out a BMW M3. The car was beautiful inside and out and seemed to operate normally. But as this is a exotic hig I came to the the used car lot to check out a BMW M3. The car was beautiful inside and out and seemed to operate normally. But as this is a exotic high maintenance car, I needed to know more about its medical history before pulling the trigger. The sales manager was polite and worked with me to bring the car to Tom Bush for a pre- purchase inspection. The next morning we picked up the car and with no signs of neglect, we worked out a very reasonable deal. I highly recommend asking for Kevin Lamb. These cars are in high demand and he went over and beyond to work with me and my extremely tight schedule. I fear that without Kevin, someone else would have snagged the car before me. More

Service Center Customer Service 4 tires was replace last Dec 2015. My son who is in College in Miami only use the car around his School area and when he goes back here in Jacksonvi 4 tires was replace last Dec 2015. My son who is in College in Miami only use the car around his School area and when he goes back here in Jacksonville for his break. He Drove back to college in Miami Last March 22, 2016. After an hour Drive. They stop and Notice a Bulge in one of the tire. So, they replaced it with the Spare tires. After 2 hours Drive it was the 2 tires now with the same problem. they Stop to a nearest Walmart where they stop to replaced the 2 tires. for their safety. I called Coggin Honda of Jacksonville Atlantic Blvd. We've been a customer for a long time for the Service Center. But, when I tried to explain to Allison Davis , Service Manager about it last week I called her.. She always repeating that they need to see the actual tires for them to send it to the tire Company if they can replace it or not. I was so frustrated. it seems that i am lying and trying to make advantage of something else. We have a picture of the tires. But, she kept repeating that they need to see the actual tires. The tires was only 3 months when they replaced it from that Service Center. What do you think how you feel if you are in our side. Very Hard to comprehend how they treated me and my Family. My name if Romeo and they can search it with my first name. But, if you will respond with the same answer. Just dis regard this and we will think for another way. Sorry but we can't help it. Great Experience My old vehicle (going on 10 years old) blew a head gasket recently, so I decided it was time to look for a new vehicle. I visited several dealerships My old vehicle (going on 10 years old) blew a head gasket recently, so I decided it was time to look for a new vehicle. I visited several dealerships in my search, but in the end Coggin Honda stood above the rest. Morris Rashwan, my sales consultant, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to get to know me, and what I wanted, and then went out of his way to find what I wanted. We actually drove around to the back of the lot to check new vehicles that had just arrived and hadn't been placed in their computer system yet. Morris also took the time to demonstrate all the features of the vehicle (not just recite a list of options), and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before he even hinted at actually trying to make a sale. This stood out to me, as I felt that during the experience, the goal was to make sure I was as happy with the transaction as they were. In the end, buying a new car (at least in the USA) can be a somewhat dubious experience, with many high-pressure sales people and tactics out there. I experienced none of that with Morris or any of the people at Coggin Honda. Do they want to sell you a new car? Of course. But they at least realize that a new car purchase is a two-way street and that I, the consumer, needs to feel as happy about the purchase as they do taking my money. I would recommend them to anyone. More
Service - tested and installed a battery in record time I've been having trouble with my 2010 Honda CRV occasionally just wouldn't start. I hate having to get it jumped in my hundred month Honda battery was only five years old. I understand batteries don't last as long in the heat of Florida. Several places I checked with just wanted to install a battery without checking it at the average price of $140 including my original Honda dealer in Orange Park. I called Coggins because it's closer to me and was pleasantly surprised to hear they could install 100 month Honda battery with warrantee in my car out the door for $116.62 they had the battery on sale :-)I came right over And waited the required our wall my battery was tested to make sure that was the problem. I left with a new battery and a smile. My service treatment was top notch even for a on sale battery. Thank you guys! I'll be back More

These guys make the car buying experience quick and painless. The level of customer service is really good and they seemed to all go out of their way to make sure the customer is taken care of. I had a good experience with the sales associates Kelvin and DJ, and the manager Matthew took care of me as well. The head of the new car sales, Sergiey, frequently came by to make sure I was being taken care of and to see if I needed anything else. They were all really helpful without being pushy. I'm not down with pushy car salesmen who try to pressure you. This was a very relaxed environment. I'll be going back to this dealership when its time to get my wife a new car. More
$4,000 typo made by sales team. Dealt with Roger Harewood in the used car side. He was pleasant and good to deal with however after providing him with the payoff amount for my curren Dealt with Roger Harewood in the used car side. He was pleasant and good to deal with however after providing him with the payoff amount for my current vehicle (the one I was planning to trade) I noticed on one of the negotiation sheets that it was incorrect. I pointed it out but was immediately told that he knew that it wasn't the actual amount but that I shouldn't worry about that right now because that was "just us moving the numbers around." This happened twice. Roger, and his manager were both aware of the actual payoff amount yet still insisted that the one written was simply them "moving numbers around" in order to work the deal. After coming to an agreed price, I started the paperwork. The first document I was given that had price itemization still had the incorrect payoff amount for my car. It wasn't a small difference either. It was a $4,000 difference. I pointed it out to the finance associate and he immediately said it was a big issue. I asked to speak with Roger and his manager to see why it hadn't been corrected. The used sales manager came in and the best he could do when confronted about the mistake was say he didn't know how it happened. He said Told him the amount on the sheet was the amount I have so I asked him what happened to the original negotiation paperwork (which Roger had written the correct amount on). Sure enough, it was there and had the correct amount. I was at the dealership from 10am to 5pm. Wasted my entire day only to find a typo that may not have even been a typo after Roger and his manager had both been made aware of the issue early on. This is simply unacceptable. Two grown men in a professional environment either sincerely didn't realize a huge monetary mistake or purposely tried to scam me. Either way, worst experience I've ever had with any dealership ever. I wouldn't ever recommend going there. More
