He was kind, not aggressive, and skipped the MSRP and gave us a very reasonable starting price to negotiate RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING! None of that BS trying to leech all the money they can from you. Upfront, honest, knows he doesn't have to convince you to buy a Honda because he is selling a reliable, great preforming product. When my next family member or friend needs a new car, I will send them to Sam for an excellent and positive experience. More

They found me a great replacement Honda, good price, and did not try to sell me a bunch a stuff I didn't need. Alberto, Sergiy, and Kip were terrific in making a bad situation turn out OK. The issue was with the lack of transparency from the financial manager, Kelly, was basically sinful. He made us wait hours until we were exhausted, then increased the price because we made the mistake of mentioning monthly payments, and didn't mention that only $900 of our $4000 deposit was actually going toward our loan because of hidden fees. If we hadn't caught that we would've been screwed. We walked right out. READ EVERYTHING because otherwise he will take you for everything you have. Unbelievable. More
