terrible planning in service department I had an appointment for service on my car. After waiting 3 1/2 hours....no one had even looked at my car! If I hadn't asked what was taking so long, I had an appointment for service on my car. After waiting 3 1/2 hours....no one had even looked at my car! If I hadn't asked what was taking so long, I would not have known they didn't look at my car yet. Then, the mechanic authorized to look at my car (its a Mitsubishi that I purchased there) left early! I had to leave my car there for two days. They did pay for the rental car and did not charge me for the service. However, I was traveling the net day after picking up my car and wound up stuck in Titusville with a dead battery. Maybe diagnostics should have picked up on this problem? Maybe they let it go because the service was "no charge" and they only dealt with what I described and never bothered to tell me my battery was dead as well. I will never go back there. More
