I didn’t feel the sales personnel listened to what I needed. They asked a few questions then showed me 2 vehicles. Had an appointment but waited 2 hours. They tried to upsell $600 of unnecessary work. Then would not honor the advertised price that I also verbally confirmed by phone. I took my 2021 Honda pilot in for issues with a recurrent hard start. I had to bring it in 3 times as they initially could not find an issue. I brought in the car two more times as the issue was not solved. hard start. I had to bring it in 3 times as they initially could not find an issue. I brought in the car two more times as the issue was not solved. After a starter and battery change it is one again working as expected. For the second 2 visits I was given a loaner vehicle as the car was under warranty and they took a few days to trouble shoot the issues. Customer service at the front desk was pleasant and informative based on the knowledge they had at the time. More
