As a customer, you want us to buy your cars. No refreshments provided in the service waiting room: not even coffee. I took my 2021 Honda pilot in for issues with a recurrent hard start. I had to bring it in 3 times as they initially could not find an issue. I brought in the car two more times as the issue was not solved. hard start. I had to bring it in 3 times as they initially could not find an issue. I brought in the car two more times as the issue was not solved. After a starter and battery change it is one again working as expected. For the second 2 visits I was given a loaner vehicle as the car was under warranty and they took a few days to trouble shoot the issues. Customer service at the front desk was pleasant and informative based on the knowledge they had at the time. More

Customer for more than 20 Years , never service my Hondas anywhere else and they take excellent care of me and my vehicles. I’m not impressed, something is missing with customer service it’s awkward every time. From the moment you walk in no one greets you. You have to force someone to acknowledge you just to get things start service it’s awkward every time. From the moment you walk in no one greets you.
