Had a great experience with their service department. We were in town from out-of-state visiting our sailor and when the TPMS indicator light came on abruptly. They offered to visually inspect the tires We were in town from out-of-state visiting our sailor and when the TPMS indicator light came on abruptly. They offered to visually inspect the tires for damage, checked and topped off the tire pressure and even ran it through a wash. No repair was needed and they were able to get us in and out in under 30 minutes and back on our way. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and professional. More

Came in to see about trading in my 2021 CRV (lease about to expire) for a new one. Spent more than 2 hours there only to be quoted a monthly lease rate of more than $1800. For a Honda CRV hybrid. I could have leased ANY top luxury vehicles including Mercedes, Range Rover, Porsche for less. They when I was leaving the financial person tried to tell me the computer had made a mistake and really it shd be $688 per month. What a travesty! Within 2 hours, I’d found that same vehicle for half that at another local Honda dealer. Coggins was the worst dealership experience in my 30 years of shopping for and buying vehicles. More
