Service individual was rude and unprofessional. I have never had a service provider tell me not once, twice but 3 times, that he needs to educate me. The Dealer was outstanding but I became very upset with the requirement b my Honda to provide them with a copy of am DD 214 release from military service. It seems an invasion of my personal data. There was info on that form totally not needed to acquire the $500 off. You must also be aware of the Finance and numerous requirements for form signatures. I was virtually exhausted. Make certain they share the cost upfront on extra maintenance suggestions. I am happy with my vehicle which is the bottom line More
