He was customer service oriented and prompt with repairs to my 2013 Ford focus. He even went above and beyond my expectations to make sure everything was done properly on my vehicle. My son is leaving for the military soon and he thanked him in advance for his service. Each dealership should have a Ken Thompson working for them. We will forever be a lifelong customer. More
