Simple and straightforward sales, Excellent experience. TLDR; Mike is a great sales adviser, if you can snag him when you walk through the door you will not be disappointed. We bypassed all the games most people play on both sides when buying a car. He showed me a great vehicle, immediately went to do test drive, and the first question was if it felt right/good. Because if it didn't we should just turn around and either send me on my way or go look at something different. I felt that the whole time during the car buying experience there with Mike, that he truly wanted to find the perfect fit of a truck for me and if he couldn't, then he would tell me straight to my face and send me on my way somewhere else. Even after I bought the vehicle, I had found a few things that I wasn't fully satisfied with, he immediately answered all my questions and began working on finding a solution. In the end I am extremely happy that I went to this dealership and that I met Mike; he made the car buying experience for me extremely simple, "no bull", and not stressful at all. Thanks Mike! More

Brake Caliper Service was quick. Everyone I talk to was friendly. I was not able to talk to the mechanic. $175+ For fuel filters was a little rough. Normally I Service was quick. Normally I pre-check my truck before I leave the dealership although it is not a fleet truck just an old habit. I think the mechanic might’ve thought it was a fleet truck because there were greasy Paw prints on my drivers door inside and the fuel filter caps were greasy. I know this because I keep the engine compartment clean just so I can see these things. But I do know that they do a lot of fleet service work there and the two day in and out service on my truck was well appreciated. 2008 f250 Superduty. No mods, stock, 85k. Love my truck. More
