Biggest mistake ever Bought our explorer from Coggin. The buying process was fine. There were issues with the car early on and the service we received was awful. Service advisor never drove the car to see exactly what was going on with it. We waited for about 45 minutes for the service manager to test drive the car last time we took the car in, finally gave up and left. We took it to a different dealer and they figured it out instantly. We will never buy or get service there again! More

Have had several good experiences there, have found online appointments to be easy & efficient to make. Service staff are helpful & professional. I usually wait during service, have found the customer waiting area pleasant, and several places to eat or visit within walking distance while waiting. Happy to have found Coggin Ford as my new service provider. More

Then tell me Im locked in a contract already from first contract. So now I have no choice but to sign second contract. More
