Negative Salesman and awful experience! Avoid this place!!! Terrible experience trying to buy a new truck. Received 2 calls, 2 emails, and 2 texts prior to going. Spoke with Nina and Hernan, got the dealership saw the vehicle, did a test drive only to be told the truck was in fact sold! Nice bait and switch! We had cash, trade-in, high credit and Hernan was soooo negative and could not have cared less about selling us anything. We are glad he was so disinterested as Arlington Toyota put us in our dream truck the next day..brand new, exactly what we were looking for and for less money to boot. Don't waste your time here..head to Arlington Toyota they have a ton of vehicles and could not have been nicer! More

Quick and efficient When I checked in with Service Advisor Rob Spiewak he told me the services I needed would take two hours. When I looked at the lineup of cars, I gues When I checked in with Service Advisor Rob Spiewak he told me the services I needed would take two hours. When I looked at the lineup of cars, I guessed it would surely be a three hour wait, so I settled into the lounge with my book. I was pleasantly surprised when Rob called me after only an hour wait, and said my car was ready to go! All the service was done and I appreciated the fact that he hustled my car through the system. Lack of communication There should always be transparency between the business and the customer. When a customer is specific about what brought them in and what their expec There should always be transparency between the business and the customer. When a customer is specific about what brought them in and what their expectations are, if something changes you should have that conversation with the customer. Their was no review of the charges nor a conversation of the services received prior to being sent to the cashier. I did speak with the manager Al Miller and to sum it up “ he did not see any opportunities for change “ . The bottom line is the customer has to consent to the charges prior to you performing the service. Hidden charges will not improve the customer experience. This is the second time I had to request for the oil life screen to be reset. Now I will have to find another dealership to reset this for me because I do not live or work close to Coggin Ford. Wish me luck! More
