I would say this was one of the more pleasant experiences, not that anyone truly enjoys having to have your vehicle serviced. They kept me informed through every step sent me text updates, and stuck to their estimate with the exception of the amount of time it would take. The finished ahead of their estimate. I will definitely be returning. More
Mediocre Service I’ve brought my Truck in multiple times for various issues and typically the response is ‘No code, no problem’. I get a very noticeable hesitation whe I’ve brought my Truck in multiple times for various issues and typically the response is ‘No code, no problem’. I get a very noticeable hesitation when accelerating at all speeds. Passing on the highway is not a comfortable feeling. 5.0 with 10-speed trans. Plenty of power but the truck accelerates poorly. The Techs always say, yea I kind of feel the hesitation but there are no codes when plugged in, so it meets Fords specs. The trans is also clunky, but the response I get from Ford Service is ‘that is typical of the new 10-speed. I have driven other Fords with the 10-speed trans and they are very smooth driving. The last one was a Ford SUV with the 3.5 eco boost. Disappointed with their responses. More

He explained what would be done and what would be needed to take care of the Ford Recall on my Vehicle. He came into the Customer Lounge and gave me an update during the process and told me it would not be much longer , which I might add has never happened before at any other Dealership except when something else had to be done. He answered my questions regarding the problem and was well informed. And when he brought the car up after it was finished he pointed out some issues I needed to take care of soon, which I will be returning to have done when I can schedule it and thanked me for my business. After I set the appointment, she had the vehicle ready for a test drive...an obvious plus. She was knowledgeable about the products and programs, and communicated with us without high pressure at all. She is a potential star! The only negative...I set the appointment through Autotrader. That prompted a storm of confirmations from multiple people at a remote call center. I got texts, emails, and phone calls all indicating my appointment was with a different person. Ultimately, though, it was easily resolved...but five confirmations in 12 hours really isn't necessary. More
