He was careful to help me understand how it worked at Coggin Ford and was very pleasant. The charges on my bill were much less than I expected, and they even washed my car without charge. I will be very comfortable keeping Coggin as my Ford dealership based on my first experience with Coggin service personnel. I have purchased and driven Ford vehicles exclusively since 1985. More

Needs improvement in customer service. They were able to fix my car and nailed what's causing the problems. I was very happy with the car service (repair).
