Communication was lacking.... My trip this time was a Fri. a.m. appt. Routine maintenance &off/on troubleshoot for back-up camera. Then told I needed a rack & pinion replacement. C My trip this time was a Fri. a.m. appt. Routine maintenance &off/on troubleshoot for back-up camera. Then told I needed a rack & pinion replacement. Covered under warranty. They did get me a rental car, but I thought the communication was not nearly up to par. I think most of this was the "handler" had too many customers to handle & this affected the quality of communication. They either need more employees or not delegating customers evenly. My car was in very good condition, since I had to wait so long w/o my car, I wish I would have received a courtesy car wash. Most dealerships do this routinely. Bottom line: my issue is improved communication. Call me, don't make me run you down to get an update. Had car for approx. 12 days. Otherwise service was done nicely. More

Terrible service Took my car in Monday because there was a creaking noise coming from the back rear. My car was there for two days before it was even looked at it(I s Took my car in Monday because there was a creaking noise coming from the back rear. My car was there for two days before it was even looked at it(I scheduled an appt for 720am). I finally got a call Wednesday saying it was my shocks and it will be ready for pickup later that day. Great. Picked up up my car and later that night it started making the exact same noise so I scheduled another appt for that Friday. At first the service tech said he didn't hear anything. Then he mentioned my brakes. I left my car there and received a call saying the noise was coming from a dent on the left side that happened in January(where I hit a yellow pole but that dent was NEVER MENTIONED when I initially took my car in for the EXACT SAME NOISE. I was told that I needed to go through my insurance company. Needless to say I won't be taking my car back there. And someone servicing my car drank a Dr. Pepper and left the bottle in my car. More

Everyone that I dealt with were friendly,the waiting area was very comfortable and the Sheik Sa Was in and out in about a hour oil change and service. Lack customer service in the service department 12 o’clock appointment to wait. Got the truck in a little before 1. SA never introduced himself just name and issues. Glovebox was replaced, window issue needed a part and told me to take the seat issue to the guy that put leather in that Coggin’s took it to and I paid Coggin’s. Then ask when I wanted to bring it back. The window issue was brought to the attention of the sales perso at time of purchase. Bad CS! More
