Them they told me the mechanic said that base on the vehicle miles. That mean they never reprogram or even check the vehicle. I spoke with the services manager and he's response was, if the mechanic said you need the parts I believe in him. How you're going to believe in someone that don't diagnose or even perform what customer requested to begin with. Take you cars to shop. More

Terry is a great service advisor. The manager has zero customer skills, or empathy. Taking your vehicle in FOUR times for the same reason is absurd. The lack of professionalism is profound. On Monday or Tuesday, I received an email from Ford that notified me of a recall with a link to schedule an appointment. I decided to schedule for a Wednesday drop-off at 1:00. In my notes on the appointmen notified me of a recall with a link to schedule an appointment. I decided to schedule for a Wednesday drop-off at 1:00. In my notes on the appointment I noted the recall. When I showed up the service manager told me there was not a recall on the vehicle and that it was simply an administrative issue that Ford sent out. So, now I am at Coggin Ford Service Department…which I am already not a fan of…and feeling like I was lured in under false conditions. On top of that…when I did walk in the door for y appointment there were no less than 6 Ford employees milling about. Not a single one said hello, asked me who I was there to see or offered any assistance…for almost 4 minutes. But I digress. After I was told there was no recall I asked them to look at a couple of other issues. The Sync system hasn’t worked properly in years, had an issue with the back door not locking and with 130,000 miles figured it may need maintenance. I had originally planned to wait but had a ride and when asked said I could leave the truck over night. My expectation was I would have my truck back the next day. Finally…25 hours after I dropped off my truck I received an estimate. At this point I was pretty heated. Not only was I lead to the dealer under false circumstances but now it took 25 hours just to get an estimate. I decided to only have the dealership fix the back door lock issue. The estimate was $269. This was Thursday at 2:00. Later in the afternoon I received a text that they figured out the problem, sent me a pic of the wires and were ordering a part. Part did not come in Thursday. Part did not come in Friday. Finally, Monday morning the part was in and I was sent a text that the car was done. On Friday I spoke to the person in charge of the service department. Told him about the false recall, lack of customer service and the long wait to get my truck back. He admitted there were customer service issues and appreciated my feedback. Monday when I arrived…4 Ford people and no one says hello. I walked up to a receptionist and her first words were “you need to speak with someone else”. I replied with “good morning to you as well” as I walked away. Finally, my assigned svc manager comes in and hands my keys and receipt to someone else who then tells me I owe $530+. Ummm, excuse me? I was quoted $269. At that point the lady I was working with said she called me and explained they found the problem. I acknowledged the call but was never told the cost was almost double. They sent me to the supervisor. The man I spoke to on Friday…he had no recollection of our conversation a few days prior. This man seemed confused as to how there could be an issue and questioned me as to whether I was told of the price. After some back and forth he asked me what was fair…I let him decide. With no further discussion he walked my invoice back out and then left me with the svc manager. I was charged $325. Then handed the key and told the truck was likely around the corner. Never did anyone apologize for the long delays, inconvenience, poor customer service. No one said thank you for the business or even wished me a good day. Coggin Ford Service Department is horrible. They know it. So too does their collision center down the road where I received excellent customer service. More

Robert Spiewak was fantastic when I serviced my car today at Coggin Ford. I always come to Coggin Ford on Atlantic Blvd because everyone is always extremely helpful and very kind. I never have to worry about at Coggin Ford. I always come to Coggin Ford on Atlantic Blvd because everyone is always extremely helpful and very kind. I never have to worry about anything since the advisors keep up on the wear of my tires, brakes, or anything else I may not have on my mind at that moment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! More
