Our only issue was not getting full discloser until after sale was completed. After the completion of signing all documents and then proceeding to vehicle, we were given one remote key. Sales identified there was only one. In view of the cost involved in procuring a second remote this should have been part of the full disclosure of vehicle in the negotiating/selling process. Hence, this is UNSAT and disconcerting. We did however follow up on this issue. And it was acknowledged that it should have been,The Sales rep then commenced to rectify by ordering another remote at no cost to us. Two weeks later we received the second remote. More

We were actually charged for a service that isn't valid, Natasha and her team are helping us get this erroneous charge removed. We needed our truck repaired quickly to return to service and Coggin Ford did as they promised and we were back on the road in a few days. More

I will start off by saying eventually, Coggin Ford did the right thing. I have a Ford 2017 explorer with a terrible smell coming from the AC. The car was under bumper to bumper warranty. They dodged my the right thing. I have a Ford 2017 explorer with a terrible smell coming from the AC. The car was under bumper to bumper warranty. They dodged my calls, emails, and Facebook messages. So I went in person to demand they work with me. (This was over several weeks of attempting to contact them and about a year from the onset of problem). I had to fight hard to get the service that should have been covered with ease. They completed the work, we will see if it resolves the problem. If they would just have communicated with me, it would have been a much better experience. The only person that would actually pick up the phone and talk to me was Robert. We even emailed the management team and Facebook message for weeks without a return call. The general manager didn’t return messages. They really need to work on the customer service experience. More
A TOTAL FAILURE - FIRST TIME - WORST IMPRESSION I brought my 2014 Ford Focus for service on Thursday, the car went out on the same day the week after, that is unacceptable, I wasn't updated on the s I brought my 2014 Ford Focus for service on Thursday, the car went out on the same day the week after, that is unacceptable, I wasn't updated on the status and every time I call, no one answers the phone, I believe I call around 10 times to (904-725-3060), you can check the logs. I end up calling to make an appointment, and ask to be transfer to the service dept to check the status, and they couldn't even get an answer either. I owned 3 cars already before this one, but this is by far the worst experience I ever had at a service department from a dealership. I seriously hope they did what they printed on paper, because I went 3 weeks before to do the 50,000 miles service, where they charged me around $59.00 and they told me, they did the multi point inspection and the battery was OK (in the green). 3 weeks later I bring the car for service and they said that the battery was bad and I was charged $130.00 for it, it . Like I said, the worst place I've ever been. I don't think anybody really care about changing my opinion about it. More
