Poor communication I purchased my 2014 Ford Flex & have had all check-ups and repairs done at Coggin Ford. Personnel, actual repairs, car history records, & cost were al I purchased my 2014 Ford Flex & have had all check-ups and repairs done at Coggin Ford. Personnel, actual repairs, car history records, & cost were all appropriate this time. However, my car was towed in without me and it just sat for 3 work days. Other than being notified that Coggin received my car on the 1st day, I received no up-dates or status reports even after I called or texted them. This is REAL BAD for a business relationship! I'm a senior citizen & a caretaker. My eldest daughter had to go into the dealership on the 4th workday before service began. More
