I was treated with respect and professional knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in from the of leasing experience. Secondly, his manager, Brandon recognized early on that I needed a specific number of payments and minimum money out of pocket. He responded the next day with a quote that met my expectations and needs exactly. I would also mention Jake for his response as well as Darlene for her amazing help with the paperwork for the lease. She is a treasure and adds a value to Coggin Ford that should be recognized by the management. Finally, Ron was great in making sure that I understood the extraordinary capabilities of both the mechanical functions but also the electronic capabilities of the vehicle. More

Today, 3/11/2025, I walked into Coggin Ford of Jacksonville and I honestly didn’t know what to expect, I’ve never in my life (I’m 36 btw) purchased a brand new car and for the first time today I w Jacksonville and I honestly didn’t know what to expect, I’ve never in my life (I’m 36 btw) purchased a brand new car and for the first time today I was able to leave with everything I wanted thanks to Mark Dennis (my salesman), Darlene (finance) and Erik (finance). I was so happy I started crying and asked Mark if I could hug him. I gave him about 6 hugs before I finally left. I also hugged Darlene a few times and almost made her cry. I’m so happy and proud of myself for being able to do this myself without anyone’s help. I work so hard and really deserve this. Today was such an amazing buying experience, everyone made sure to take their time and show me everything about my new car and also gave me the best financing available. I’m over the moon and I cannot thank everyone at Coggin Ford of Jacksonville enough. My boyfriend had recently purchased an Explorer from Duval Ford and let me just say?
