I have a 2019 ford mustang that was purchased at this dealership, great service when I purchased my car, but upon getting it serviced thats when it went downhill from there. Lies and False Advertising Lies from the start. Advertised on line price for vehicle was not honored. We confirmed twice with a sales and internet sales employee. They both stat Lies from the start. Advertised on line price for vehicle was not honored. We confirmed twice with a sales and internet sales employee. They both stated they confirmed it with the sales manager. We made the long drive to the dealership the following morning where the sales manager says that price was not correct. We kept getting the run around and were pushed to the side. Their trade in value was also no where close to blue book trade in value. Unbelievable.. Complete waste of our time and zero effort was made to remedy the situation. Was told the sales manager would call us after discussing the situation with his boss and we did not receive a call. Still in shock... Beware!! More

Best Customer Service I'm always wary about going to new dealerships for auto service. You usually get a middle-aged schlep who hasn't had his first cup of coffee yet to si I'm always wary about going to new dealerships for auto service. You usually get a middle-aged schlep who hasn't had his first cup of coffee yet to sign you in and (hopefully) get your car maintenance drawn up right. And to get them to call you back to advise you of the progress of your car is nigh near impossible. Not so with Coggin Ford. Our service rep - Terry Workman - was all smiles and professionalism. She let us know what was going on, what the progress was, and when our car was ready for pickup. She offered us phone numbers, texting and emailing for contact info. And the car was done beautifully. No complaints. More
