When I last took my truck in for service the service advisor said that I needed to replace my cabin filter. I replaced this filter on the previous visit to this dealer and a new filter was not needed. advisor said that I needed to replace my cabin filter. Had a appointment set up for my deck lid to be replaced. For me to get there on my day off my service writer to tell me they have to order the part then send me to the collision center for them to have no t For me to get there on my day off my service writer to tell me they have to order the part then send me to the collision center for them to have no techs and pretty much closed for the day. Had to wait almost 20 minutes for them to figure out if I was even covered. I left and told thrm to call me when they figure it out. Then my service writer called a few hours later and wanted me to drive back out there so they could take pictures of the part that needed replaced under warranty. Not impressed at all.... More
