Long wait for battery change out I called for an appointment and they made my appointment for me for the same day which was great. When I last took my truck in for service the service advisor said that I needed to replace my cabin filter. I replaced this filter on the previous visit to this dealer and a new filter was not needed. advisor said that I needed to replace my cabin filter. The dealer, at first, said that I didn’t get the new filter during my last visit but I insisted that they review the prio invoice and there it was. Bottom line is don’t trust the charges. More
