This is a fantastic dealership. They found exactly the car I wanted and shipped it in from another dealership. When they checked out my trade in, they thought it wasn't safe to drive so they even gave me car I wanted and shipped it in from another dealership. Gamble made it easy and quick! I had a recall on my 2015 Transit 250. I booked an appointment. They got me in on a busy Saturday. Gamble my advisor walked me thru how the process w I had a recall on my 2015 Transit 250. I booked an appointment. They got me in on a busy Saturday. Gamble my advisor walked me thru how the process would go down. It did as he said. No surprises and my van was done in less than 3 hours. He got me a ride home as soon as i dropped it off so i would not have to wait. Everything went perfect. I will now deal with him and this dealership for this van. More
Poor service and communication. When you drive up and all the service advisor just kind of stare at you and don’t say a word. Finally when someone did acknowledge my presence, they rushed me through the serv the service advisor just kind of stare at you and don’t say a word. Finally when someone did acknowledge my presence, they rushed me through the service so I could go sit in the waiting room. While waiting, after about an hour I noticed my truck was still in the same spot I parked it. Why make an appointment for service if an hour goes by and my truck hasn’t moved. Finally got tired after an hour and decided to leave. I understand service can be very busy at times but my advice to the advisors and managers at Coggin Ford is: NO customer should feel awkward driving up to service department! When a customer makes an appointment you should honor that time they scheduled. Atleast move the customers vehicle out of view of the waiting area so it feels like someone is starting the work. After an hour of waiting with an appointment scheduled don’t tell customers they are next in line! Lastly, don’t advertise 5 star service with Cheap printed 5 stars printer paper tape to doors, it looks cheap and clearly not true! Let’s not worry about advertising 5 star till you and your team truly provide 5 star service. More

Needed good work truck. I was looking for a clean, used work truck. I searched the web and found some that would full my need but wanted to save as much as possible. I saw on I was looking for a clean, used work truck. I searched the web and found some that would full my need but wanted to save as much as possible. I saw one at Coggin Ford and inquired about it. I was contacted by Jerry Bennett and we talked a little about it. Coggin is on the other side of town from me, so it was not convenient to drop in and see it. Well Jerry sent me a video walk around describing everything in detail as if I were there looking at it. That answered my questions and I drove over and bought it saving thousands. I was not sure how to get the truck so Jerry again went above and beyond and delivered the truck to my door. Thanks Jerry. More
